it was at the calgary stampede 06' at night they have this big portable stage they roll onto the chuckwagon track. If u look closely u can see the saddledome in the background with the round windows.

Yes, Johnny has come to the states as well. He has played in Las Vegas.
He also tours South Africa, Canada and the United Kingdom.
