I love all your videos HerBunk. I could understand why they are not all professional, but heck I love them despite any differences! Besides Lincoln is my favorite President and Cash did an excellent rendition of it. R.I.P Lincoln and Johnny Cash.
Lincoln said- YOU CAN FOOL SOME OF THE PEOPLE SOME OF THE TIME & ALL THE PEOPLE SOME OF THE TIME but YOU CAN'T FOOL ALL THE PEOPLE ALL THE TIME__ OBAMA WHERE IS YOUR (REAL) BIRTH CERTIFICATE (ABE)
yo HerBunk, BRAVO! I'm an 11th grade U.S. History teacher and I'm going to show this to my class when we get to Lincoln's Gettysburg Address....I was going to show another Johnny Cash version, but I like your version better. nice job!

Obama was not the greatest pres you just think that because he is the pres now not then did you know when the oil spill happened and someone asked what he will do to fix it he said im too busy playing golf and this guy was the best pres!
GOD PLESS AMERICA!!!!!!!unless they put the draft back up like there thinking too im moving see another reason why Obama sucks! hes thinking about putting the draft back up
@micah960 but in history. Obama is the best presidant and currently OUR presidant but still, Abraham was still a pretty great presidint. LOLOLOL i cant sppell!!!
Check out my video. If you don't believe in secession, then you believe in slavery, for you are for enslaving people to a government that they want no part of:
It's not "forefathers" -- it's just fathers..... "Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent a new nation, conceived in liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal."
thats a beautiful thing to hear this speech. these fucking jackasses in goernment after kennedy are people that fucked this country up and taking our rights away one at a time. Its so sad, if our four fathers seen what these jackasses especially obama has done with this country theyd roll over in there graves. im not anti America but the opposite im a PATRIOT. this country needs to come back like it used to be like WE the people not WE the government and shouldnt be guilty until proven innocent.
@KiCreativeStudios This video was made more than three years ago. It was not a "preset animation" but it was crudely done because at that time I was a novice to animation. "Hotel Arizona" which is my most recent video on my channel is much more sophisticated than this and will give you a good idea of how much my skills have improved since I made this video. Thanks for your interest.
this is the first time Ive heard the whole address, and it is undoubtedly very beautiful. It's a shame that the message and meaning that it symbolises is dead in the US today, liberty and equality have largely dissapeared.
Melted Death, I don't know where you heard that President Lincoln's voice was deep, but I've seen many first hand accounts that claim otherwise. His voice was known to be higher pitched and very nasally, whether we like to think so or not. I've found the most effective Lincoln re-enactor to be Fritz Klein. Check him out, he has studied accounts of the voice.

The voice synchronization is affected by internet connection speed and by the speed of your computer. If you have cable and a reasonably fast computer the lip movement should go synchronized with the words pretty well. Thanks for your interest
I can't get into the talking statue thing. (Sorry--I know that's what took the most time and work.) But when I close my eyes and soak in Johnny Cash's voice delivering Lincoln's words...
Sweet, I have to memorize this.... so I said it with him it's awesome how they did that with the statue, but even if if had a little mistake, so what, it was great! And thanks for posting it!
In this video the statue says "forefathers" instead of "fathers" as was actually said by Lincoln. "Forefathers" is another word for "ancestors". The statue also throws in an extra "for" and uses "and" twice where Lincoln didn't. You are the first person to notice these inaccuracies. Thanks for your interest.
That's Johnny Cash doing his best immitation of Lincoln. Unfortunately Abe died well before sound recording devices were invented so we don't know what HE actually sounded like. Thanks for your interest.
When Lincoln is portrayed in movies and documentaries, it is usually by an actor with a deep sonorous voice. But by all accounts, Lincoln possessed a thin, high-pitched voice with a so-called "Hillbilly" accent as he was a man who came from mountain stock. Probably the best modern equivalent would be, unlikely as it seems, Jed Clampett of the Beverly Hillbillies!
I've read dunber comments than this but it's been a while. The main influence for the building was the Temple of Zeus. The statue is based on Matthew Brady's photographs of Lincoln. In science, technology and the arts, Americans are innovators and inventors. Name any five SIGNIFICANT things invented by Canadians. Name any Canadian who walked on the moon. Thank you for your interest.
I've never been to America, but until recently Ive always promised myself that if I ever got to Washington, that I would like to stand in awe at the Lincoln memorial. However I now believe that the first place I would like to visit there would be the Adams Memorial at Rock Creek Cemetery...
