I think it's a very good idea that he put his building plans into a digital textbook (pdf) so everyone can buy the plans by simply download it for $10,- bucks orso from the internet. He will still have the credits, a lot of money and can support the Phillipino's. A lot of inventors are doing this already, but they still only have a combination of fossil fuel and water (only 25% efficiency). Waiting longer than 40 years for an investor isn't the solution I guess.

Mr.Dingel's electrolyser produces one liter of hydrogen gas per second. The electrodes were very conductive. Then the water has a very violent electrolyte. Not distilled water alone because distilled water does not conduct,tap water does because it has chlorine.When I saw video presentation, I was amazed.I think the secret is on the type of material for the electrodes. Daniel Dingel's invention is true.The reason why people did not blieved him was the fact that the electrolyser he claimed that it only use 5 amps @ 12 volts of power. Of course 5 amps of hydrogen can not power a 4 cylinder car, maybe a toy airplane. But the the thing that people doesn't understand is 5 amps @ 12 volts is the input of I think, Mr. Dingel used a something like a power inverter. The input is 12 volts 5 amps,high frequency,output is high voltage,high current @ low frequency(THANKS)

And if mr. Dingle refuse, this can only be considered an elaborate Hoax. It is not a problem to get a car run on hydrogen by electrolysis of water. But to claim water as a energy source is another matter. This is similar to the Stanly Meyer type claims. Some seems to have replicated Meyer, but it is not easy done.

This is an extraordinary claim that needs an extraordinary proof.

The only way mr. Dingle will get credit for this is that he reveals the details of his invention (the electrolysis process) so that others can replicate and confirm his results. It will take a lot of proof to convince science community that this is possible.
