I have the worst medical coverage my politician bosses can give me and still get a kick back from. I am a union member so I can be protected from my bosses and my bosses, bosses. They do not come from areas outside of the state with no Ohio office. Second, the art of negotiations requires BOTH sides to move toward a settlement, where neither side wins everything, nor loses everything. A Neutral helps the process and if you review past rulings, ER's & EE's have reached good cba's w/ORC 4117

Without collective bargaing public safety forces are reduced to take it or leave it from the cities. There needs to be some instrument that forces the cities to bargain in good faith, We all know how fair and equitable a municipality can be.
No public employee should have the right to strike. It endangers the life and safety of the very citizens we swear to protect.
