But anyway, George went deaf in that ear saving his brother. Mr. Gower just aggravated the injury when he boxed his ear.

@LSA2013 They did it as a tribute to a person who died, that's why they changed it to Gurls not Girls, because the group Big Star had a song called September Gurls. Plus anyhow, besides some songs off Pet Sounds and a song every here there, and everywhere, there wasn't that much worthwhile material in the Beach Boys discography.
