  • @cosmodyseeus a dangerous chemical that would often poison factory workers in the early seventies

  • I believe in god...but I don't like religion and I don't go to church...is that okay?

  • @headbanger3397 It doesn't matter what is ok to anyone else. As long as it's ok to you then you shouldn't care what other people think about it.

  • @MrMOONMAN1969

Try listening to Spazz or Charles Bronson too!

  • Damn, does Jello even own a shirt?

  • i take all of tehm four

  • In God We trust was a very important ½-LP -81/2

  • "hold it, to slow" fuckin a.

  • dis shit is awesome cant find a better band or better music, punk forever!!!!!!!!!!!!! haha jello "to slow!!!" lol love it

  • Jello Biafra!he is a real activist, not fake!

  • It's sad that we seldom see bands putting tracks out like this hitting the mainstream, Kepone and Minamata are human atrocities that should be common knowledge. It's only this kind of exposure that allows the victims to get some form of justice, keeping the companies responsible from screwing them. We need more DK's more Henry Rollins and more RATM. Fuck big business coverups, dodgy cunts.

  • dude he looks like joe strummer!

  • FUCK YEAH!

    I love those political songs

    JFA !

    Jello for America !

  • @HerKoolAss If you use that acronym in front of punks, they'll think your talking about Jodie Foster's Army.

  • best band ever,best frontman ever,best drummer,best lead guitarist,best bass,need i say more

  • Wow, they sped it up for the album.

This was my first punk album

    Still incredible

  • @computerfile after watching a few clips, I think it is this video that is slowed down. And these also aren't the album versions as per the description which I did not read prior to my first post assholes.

  • kepone factory fuck off

    lol

  • Little help, in college a dude had In God We Trust Inc. It had songs on both sides of the cassette. When I got home from college I bought the cassette and it said side B has been left blank etc. I thought for sure the song Too Drunk to Fuck was on this album, anyone know anything about it?? Thanx in advance.

  • They should have named the album "Hold it! Too slow."

  • Oh I LOVE this. Awesome song, great to see it in creation!

  • nostalgia for an age that never existed.

  • He talks like an ass pirate

  • @PutItAway101 and your a dickhead! Eat shit and die you mindless homophobic pleb.

  • @rabidbanshee You're living proof that smoking pole causes brain damage

  • @PutItAway101 and that is exactly why i made the remark in the first place.I rather be gay than a narrow minded fool like you.I'm not gay but that doesn't make any difference,go back to the '50's cause it's where you belong.

  • @rabidbanshee Jeez you donut stretchers are easily upset

  • @PutItAway101 fuck off. you are what the guys in this video are trying to combat. Homophobic twat.

  • @SLAPnPOP726 Another tedious politically correct bore with no sense of humour. Get a life

  • @PutItAway101 Another ignorant bigot who still finds gay jokes funny. Shove off and go listen to some Green Day. And just because I think it's wrong and nowhere near funny, it means i don't have a sense of humour? That's a fucked logic system you got.

  • Kepone factory fuck off.

  • Hadrcore LEGENDS ~

  • and now i got these splitting headaches love it man i miss the real punk rock

  • Well, at least Peligro's getting a good workout...

  • amen

  • In God We Trust is one of the greatest records of all time. It's great to see the footage from that recording session.

  • this music is timeless, one of the best bands ever.i was 14 when this came out and it still gives me shivers 20 odd years later.awesome.

  • I thought the performance that made it onto disc was much more ferocious: it probably helped that they were pissed off that they had to do it all over again! I also think it's funny that on the album they reproduced the false start that occured here.

  • still too slow, lol

  • the drummers outfit is amazing haha

  • When will revolutionary bands like DK emerge? Even though it seems like this video was recorded yesterday, it's been almost 30 years.. And what do we have now? hip hop, emo, and all that shit. just brain-dead "musicians" who copy each other and make a lot of money with it. i'm afraid i'll have to stick with DK and similar bands' music for at least a few more decades. Anyway, it's sad that DK had to end the way they did. But their music, words, and Jello's voice will never die, at least

  • there are plenty of good, original bands out there, you just have to look for them.

  • its kinda sad actually

  • Henchman,...can I get an "amen"?

  • Dead by wednesday

  • True. People need to bring punk back. Though this is not likely to happen soon. I have a band, that is DK style. But we'll probably go no where. But lyrics in one song we have describe why it sucks that punk is gone and that we are trying to bring it back.

I'll upload songs to youtube soon, as we go to the studio this sat. to record.

But true, we need more punk.

  • @TheHenchman its out there bro just underground its better that way tho in a way.

  • @TheHenchman when? i remember that they got them records banned from US at this time! and they should be banned, because this kind of lyrics, can be be applied to our living days, and attack the black guy! not the one in the drums...

  • @TheHenchman there were rubish "pop" bands 30 years ago too...just keep in touch with the real music scene just like when you first discovered DK and you will find more like them.

  • @TheHenchman i know, music today is ashame compared to bands like dead kennedys, black flag , minor threat, ect. dont worry though i am preparing to start the next wave of real punk comae as we speak, just wait 4-5 years .you will see.

  • @Iamnotapunk No one is going to bring punk back. It's dead and always will be.

  • @CreepyFreakFilms No it's not, at all.

  • @BornDecadesTooLate Shhhh, I'm wearing my trollface.

  • @CreepyFreakFilms Pahaha.

  • @TheHenchman how they end??

  • @TheHenchman myspace/politicallytrashed thats my band were planning to write a song about westboro baptist called drop dread fred we want to send it to them.

  • lol "Kepone Factory fuck off"

  • i love how because jello isn't wearing a shirt in these sessions and they almost never go below the waist in these shots it looks like he's naked.

  • The sound effects guy from "Police Academy" is playing the drums....cool

  • thats not him

  • Read the lyrics to all his songs. there a riot !!!

  • East Bay Ray looks stoned out of his mind.

  • Isn't kepone the stuff in chemtrails?

  • Yes.

  • i lived nere a foundery and I turned out okay

  • lucky you, but not everyone had such luck

  • still too slow.

  • yes it is .this is the fastest record they made

  • the words are not the same aswell

  • if u dot sue will give u a trans amm

  • youl neva drive cause u shake all the time

  • Fucking greatest punk band ever.

  • no its not,

  • Hyperactive Child is faster.

  • Too Slow... haha

  • Klaus is funny

  • Kepone factory fuck off lol

  • "too slow"

    like these session tapes

  • That is probably the studio drum set that is just not being used, its white you notice Pelegros is a blue set

    DKs Rule

    Jello for spiritual adviser (Ha)

  • i wonder in what order they recorded the instrument parts. In some shots you can see the drum set is empty so they did it at separate times. Then again there was the second start. It seems like it would be hard to do bass and guitar without drums first.

  • this is not a reply to derkommisar, i didnt even read his comments before posting mine

  • It doesnt really matter they make good music.

  • Plus Jello made a crap load of their songs so i dunno wat ure talking about retard.

  • I'm guessing that you are on East Bay, Klaus, and D.H. side in the court case and you are just bitching about Jello. I think that Jello made a mistake and he should have apologized for it and payed them their share, but instead he bitched and said he had nothing to do with it when obviously he did. Even though Jello is kinda being a douchebag to them now, it doesn't make him any less of a Dead Kennedy.

If you aren't even referring to the court case though, fuck me. Just ranted for nothing.

  • I meant that the other Kennedys in court tried to paint biafra as "not a musician" when in fact what you see in this video disproves this because he is seen taking an active participation in song recording and the whole band is agreeing with him that the song should be played faster.

  • Okay, now I understand what you are getting at. Still, its a damn shame that they are fighting anyway.

  • Still fighting in the courts?!..... Bugger!

  • yea u r a motormouth go run ur mouth sum where else

  • He wrote most of this songs.

  • Jello is a megalomaniac and a dick, but he did make some of the best and most original music ever.

  • Thing i dont like about Jello, is stuff like "your emotions". I had really fucked parents and that has inevitably consequences on how you grow up. Biafra had a liberal father who showed him why black people were angry by driving him around when he was 8 in the ghetto. We cant all have parents like this and this is the part of the DK catalogue that doesnt age too well.

  • OK...so how 'bout "I Kill Children?"

  • it is sisk humor

  • The better to suck the marrow outta your funny bone with...^_^

  • I thought Your Emotions was written by East Bay Ray.

  • Thats quite possible actually, its not the only place i get this vibe from Biafra, thats why i assumed it was from him.

  • jello biafra is too good, it doesnt matter how we ae raised we all have opinions and his is obviously different than yours. TOOO GOOOD JELLO!!!

  • 6025 wrote your emotions and looking forward to death

  • buenisimo tema, aguanten los kennedys (L)

  • Yeah, peligro for President! No, seriously...not fucking easy to put these songs on tape as a live-recording in the studio. Shows again what a brilliant musicians they were (!) and what an excellent, powerful and original singer Jello was.

  • the audio quality of these are amazing. I used to have in god we trust on vinyl, it went awol sometime in the mid 90's =(

  • Why the fuck does it even matter that he's black? What matters is he fucking rocks. Peligro 4 lyfe y'all.

  • A black drummer fucking Awesome!!!!!

  • You'd bust a nut if you ever saw the black brains, man.

  • Fuck me. I meant to say BAD brains.

  • *slower. guitar is much slower.

  • the guitar is faster in this version... but klaus compensates by doing upstrokes and downstrokes... however on the album hes only going down... so i guess the definition of fast is entirely relative.

  • fast depends if you are a drummer I guess-if not try it- it takes skill to even drum at the speed of this song take-the original on the dvd give me convenience or give me death or plastic surgery disasters-is faster. . Interesting and I bet most people hearing him talk would assume that he is gay - just the speech normally indicates in that way-it just does which to a homophobe would not be good-l8rs-if you dont have all the DKs stuff-get it-some are better than others but they have MINDS-wow

  • whhat the fuck?

  • why was this marked as spam?

  • jello def. of fast...SUPERSONIC AND ITZ FUCKING AWESOME!!!!

  • lol what does jello define as fast?

  • uHY kE ChINvA.......pUNk

VIVA kOlOmBia y El Punk de los D.K

  • lmao, Klaus:"Kepone Factory Fuck Off."

  • this version still is too slow

  • i agree with rockandorroll. it is still slow. the version that was released is a bit faster, but i've heard live versions that were faster than that and sounded a bit better that way.

    still a goodun.

  • i love In God We Trust Inc/Plastic Surgury Disasters, these in the studio videos are fucking awesome

  • I probably never would've heard of kepone & Minamata disease if it weren't for this song. Some things may not be all that pleasant but we're better off knowing than not. If you still have no idea, look it up, kids. Thanks jello...

  • *music plays*

    Jello: Hold it. Too slow.

  • too slow...lol.

  • ive always noticed that

  • Hardcore. Klaus looks like Igon from Ghostbusters.

  • I love Jello's explanation of what kepone is.
