Im sorry but i think i agree with Rucklie18 becuase ina ruck to do one you have to cover the ball standing with no hands touching ground usual postition grabing an enemy
that position is no longer recommended by the great technicians according to current rugby, rugby has evolved over a game of technical strength so if you draw in a ruck that position is too exposed to an injury
