Deslar to Japan, Desslok to America. I prefer him with Eddie Allen's voice, but either way, he will always be one of my favorite villains. Just like Darth Vader, Desslok was the bad guy because he HAD to be, not because he wanted to be. And then realized he could be a heroic ally instead. Desslok shows there is hope, not like Prince Zordor, who is evil forever!

100 days might not be enough time to build 5 Andromeda class ships on earth in a sophisticated assembly plant. Yet, the Yamato crew was able to rebuild their own ship from a smoldering wreck for the final assault on the Comet Empire (eps 23 to 24) in a matter of hours. Gotta love anime! :)

Yep, when you're an evil inter-galactic empire out for conquest (by destroying everything in your path) you tend not to care about such things... The comet empire didn't become an empire by following the prime directive, thats for sure. Feel sorry for the dinos though... seems like something's always wiping them out- mostly comet related.
