Yes he was speaking spanish, however he is portuguese, Im portuguese and I've known this magician even before he was famous, and I also speak spanish and that basically how we pronounce the words when we speak spanish...He is Portugals best magician and one of the best in the world...Being perfectly I think David Blaine and Chris Angel are the best

he's not trying to speak spanish, he's speaking gaellic, a language from the northern part of spain that connects with portugal, and wich language is almost similar to portuguese, but with an accent :P
