Logistical limitations aside, most of China's armed forces still use Ex-soviet cold war equipment, so they are on par with India really, only apparently they may have more helicopters, but meh.

Logistical limitations aside, most of China's armed forces still use Ex-soviet cold war equipment, so they are on par with India really, only apparently they may have more helicopters, but meh.
