  • You have some serious skill! That floor looks perfect!

  • My apology, I did mean to sound so rude to you. And your floors look great by the way!

  • @MrCla8n no problem i completely understand your anger toward them :P lol

  • PR maintenance is a terrible company!

I met with them few weeks ago. They wanted me to take over the shoppers drug marts. Wanted to pay out an unbelievable $45 per clean!

The company that had it before payed more then double.

Then on top of that pay 5/cents/sq and you supply everything.

No wonder they cant find companies to work for them!

  • @CleantechSaskatoon They get contracts cause they charge less.... but they also give less , but the big company don't give a fuck about us as long as they pay less there happy with it . And the problem with pr maintenance is that your never gonna see your money, you'll probably end up not getting paid after 2 months of hard working and they will probably told you your not getting paid cause you've broke the machines over there loll thats how there system work !

  • @Wildthing1984

absolutely. Their charge is 3% more then what you get .... apparently.

But they get you from all angles. Owners of PR also own tennant, eco-lab,etc

Nice work by the way :)!

  • @CleantechSaskatoon well i would say there profit marge is 60 % more than what you get. I had a loblaws superstore in montreal and i had 6200 minus the wax , the machine , propane and striping, leaving me with about 4200 for a 75 000 square foot store . When i ask the owner which became a good friend of mine he told me loblaws was paying them 13 500 each month lolll i was like wtf they make more money than i do and there grabing there fuckin ass lolll

  • Interesting; wet look floor, tennant floor machine, Eco lab wax, in Montreal, and was that a pioneer burnisher? Hmmm...PR Maintenance sub contractor. That's just what it looks and sounds like to me. If they haven't got to you, then good on you. We run from them here in the city of Ottawa!

  • @MrCla8n Yep i used to be on a emergency team to fix problem in ottawa, gatineau , montreal, quebec and.... and yes eventually they got to me too stealing 11 000 $ from my paycheck , thats why nobody want to work for them no more . The worst is that they were once my friends but i really hope sooner or later they will pay for what they did to everybody

  • its quicker if u scrub the floor with degreaser than to strip its too messy and you can get the same results

  • @4444paulwalker Well degreaser clean the top coat of your floor but sooner or later you'll need to strip that floor, nothing last forever !

  • bad music - good work

  • Yeah a machine all you need is 2 coats of sealer than couple coats of wax glossy.

  • @mkoost usually floor don't need sealer except where there is heavy traffic like in the entrance or in the cash register section. if you put sealer all over your surface then good luck at the stripping. Just for your information all new quality wax are autoseal and its probably more than sufficient for every use on any floor care maintenance program while keeping it easy to strip and non yellowing .

  • Hey great looking floor. I had acouple of questons, I do a fairly large store, cleaning the floors and bathrooms. The owner wants his floor to look like this but doesn't want to do a strip and wax. I think it is necessary at LEAST once a year. But he disagrees. What do you think? I think he just doesn't want to pay for it and he thinks it can be achieved by putting down a coat of wax an hour before the store opens. lol please tell me i'm not wrong by insisting that it needs a strip and wax

  • @dieraivilo Of course you need too strip the old wax once a year , i totally agree with you . If he think he can achieve awesome results on his floor without stripping he a fool . Any kind of wax need to be strip after a certain amount of time its just not possible to keep the the floor looking good month after month and year after year without stripping . If he don't believe you just strip a little part on his floor to show him the difference between strip and not strip, it should convice him

  • How often is that floor burnished?

I am considering doing this as a side job and my father sometimes strips and seals as part of his carpet cleaning company.

  • Are you using a BETCO wax or what? Nice job.

  • @BuckFarang

im using the ecolab " stratus "

  • @Wildthing1984 You do great work.

  • @ReneeNme Thank you very much !

  • its any way that you can teach me how to charge my customers for this i just do office cleaning but i want to start do strip and wax the only problem is that i dont know how to charge my customers please help francoscs@live.com thanks !!!

  • really good job man keep it that way bro

  • I once stripped/waxed my entire 6,000 sq. foot building using only a long-handled scrub brush. It took me about a week;I'll never, ever do that again ever! ahhhhhh! My feet were about to fall off from the intense labor.:D I'll pony up and rent a floor scrubber next time. Geez. Thank God we only need to do that once a year.

  • What finish are you using?

  • If it has a floor finish on it and the floor is got mode and over spils and stuff on it and they will not come up with a mop do you striping the finish of and put a new one on or do you just buffer the floor with Polshing or wax the floor

the floor is like the one on this video

  • I have a few questions.

Is this your floor company or are you an employee?

Where are you located? You do a good job.

Please show us how you stripped and waxed the floors!

  • its my company and i m located in montreal. Its kinda hard to teach how to strip floor from youtube. On the field is better !

  • agreed i do it myself i operate out of newfoundland

  • Now make a video to teach people. Great job on the floors.

  • Thanks a lot! Maybe someday i ll make a video about how we do it.But you know there is thing you need to feel,i don't think showing its enough, but i ll see. Have a nice day
