heres how he did it.. theres a wire goin thro the candles and they complete the circuit, he just reaches under the table and connects them or switches it on
fake you had the wires (red and black) go off the side hooked up to nothing. then you took another set of red and black wires and hooked it up to a battery. the candle light would not have made a difference
