Competition. WIN Hitfilm VFX Editing Software

Results were in this morning after much deliberation over the weekend. There were so many quality videos and explanations as to why people wanted to win the prizes. I am working on the results vid as I type and hope to have it up later today but PLEASE be patient as you already have been as we had a washing machine failure and had to rush out and buy a new one and it's been installed today so please excuse me if I do not make a real fancy vid as I want to get the results to you asap! :)

You just shot an alien for illegally parking? isn't that inciting hate? I'm guessing his home planet will not be very happy. Maybe send them a complimentary the Hitfilm software to smooth things over?

I would have participated in this contest but if you can't 'incite hate" what would be the point...lol. Isn't it strange that you even have to have "rules" for that sort of thing these days even for a piece of software :-).

@TheInfiniteBeast as soon as the judges have made their 4 choices...I would hope it would be beginning of next week but we need to be fair to them to give them time to assess the entries properly,,,but as as as I hear from them I will post the results vid :)

hey guys be careful. Im seeing entries using movie music. Just so you know,,, film music made by xray dog, Immediate music, 2 steps from hell and other film music producers are copyright and also not for sale to general public because they are made and paid for by movie studios.

For example if you see my Modern Warfare sketches they are heavily edited with real life footage to create a 'sketch' Yes you can enter both categories but will need a video for each one ..look forward to seeing your vid/s :)

Can I generate my own music tracks, with a little remixing of other media, such as audiomachine or globus, etc.?

Also, do you expect a full plot or something, because the best I can do is get my sister to film me running around like an idiot in my neighborhood (using my cloning effects to make it look like more than 1 person), and then editing the thing to make it look good.
