Icons made by traditional Byzantine technique.
The preparation of the wooden board is made applying jardin glue and calcium carbonate amalgamating the canvas.
The background is covered with leaves of gold.
Painting brushes: Da Vinci-Νova Synthetics-serie1270 or Newton series 7
Colors are egg-temberas.
Varnish is mixed waxes or natural resins.
