on the slow weight loss the less you weigh the longer it will take. i started dos at 304 and i am almost 14months post op my first year i lost 120lbs. hang in there sometimes our bodies just sick of losing weight, i just have to say you look great and congrats on your weight loss so far!.

you have to get a high impact sport bra it hold everything in place
