@frzam7 the Noahide religion is a copout by the Jews and also a way for them to grant salvation to us dumb old gentiles who will not try to convert them to Christianity BTW, your channel says it is not available I was going to add you but can't
Written by a prophet is not a requirement to be Scripture. The apostles who studied under a prophet, Jesus, wrote his words and are included.
A prophet was entrusted with G-d's VERY words at times and other times to simply preach G-d's judgment and repentance.
NOT ALL, and from my readings of the Scripture a significant number of prophets are left out of Scripture. You see MANY mentioned as prophesying that did not write Scripture. The assumption is their message was too temporal.
Matthew, Mark, Luke, & Acts weren't written by prophets. Acts alone hints that Paul was a prophet; if he was meant by "teachers", not prophets, [Acts 13:1] then his books aren't prophetic. Hebrews isn't prophetic and its authorship is iffy. The 5 books of John are the only ones you could possibly call prophetic (plus Peter and Jude, maybe). If you only take the words of prophets, please cut out half your book. :)
Solomon's books, Job, Judges, and Esther are also of uncertain/unprophetic origin.
LOL I don't have a high opinion of my rabbi lol. And I am converting Orthodox.
Who we respect is not individual rabbis but the rabbis of the Sanhedrin (Jewish high court). And you know what? These scholars argued with each other almost incessantly. :) You can't follow any one of them. However you know what else? We are commanded in the Torah to follow the laws of the Mosaic court. Duet. 17:11, Matt. 23:1-3
The Noahide laws appear to dictate interpersonal relationships, as opposed to bringing people towards knowledge of God. It's a stripped-down version of the 10 Commandments. While the Christian "Old Testament" differs from the Hebrew Tanach, the 10 commandments are almost identical.
Technically, an atheist could follow the Noahide laws, including the prohibitions on blasphemy and idolatry. The rest are common sense - don't murder, commit adultery, steal or eat the flesh of living animals.
Yes, and that is their greatest weakness. Rules and laws can not fix what was previously broken, i.e. the relationship between man and God that Adam enjoyed in the garden. This is a spiritual matter that requires someone to reconcile God and man. A mere mortal man could not do this, so the Messiah will have to be divine; as He is in the person of Jesus.
Judaism does not differentiate between "Heaven" and the "Garden of Eden"; while Adam and Eve were expelled, their descendants are born with clean souls, devoid of "Original Sin". While the concept exists within Judaism, it was paid for by its transgressors.
The Jewish Messiah will not be worshiped; even if Jesus had fulfilled all of the Messianic prophecies within his lifetime, Jews would not pray to him, but directly to God.
Heaven may very well be like the garden of Eden, but if people were born outside of the garden with clean souls, then God would have allowed them to return to Eden. The fact is, all humans are cursed because of Adam's sin, and this is evident even in children. A child does not have to be taught to lie, or to steal, or to hate, children have those abilities from the first moments of awareness, & since Adam and Eve did not, but had to be tempted in order to sin, we are sinners from birth Psa. 51:5
The "Noahide Laws" do apply to Jews, they are included in the 613 Mitzvot (commandments). Some apply only in the Land of Israel, others specifically to women or priests, and many cannot be observed without a temple standing in Jerusalem.
Most Jews have not even heard of the Noahide laws; I am aware of only one group which preaches them (the Chabad movement).
Different people have different souls, according to Jewish theology.
Instead of criticising the Rabbis why don't you first study a few pages of the Talmud first.
The Talmud is basically a interpretation of the Torah using specific guidelines handed down by tradition. If not for oral tradition the torah can not be understood.
To say the jews revere the Talmud more than the Tanach is just a great lie.
because 1)The prophets and prophesies of the tanach are almost all the times directed to the bnei yisrael not the benei noach 2)Noach himself gave over the tradition of the the 7 laws to his children they where very clear to all the peoples of the biblical era .
Genesis 26:10. And Abimelech said, "What have you done to us? The most prominent of the people might easily have lain with your wife, and you would have brought guilt upon us."
deuteronamy 17:11 According to the law they instruct you and according to the judgment they say to you, you shall do; you shall not divert from the word they tell you, either right or left

The nascent sanhedrin. They are HUGE on them. They are literally all over them. They have a court for bnei noach.
