Frame by frame with cutouts, kind of like the pilot episode of south park.

South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt stone in an interview said they got there style of cutout animation from watching Monty python as kids, it used to be the dirty show that no ones parents would let them watch and they were inspired by the animations.
