@jaronwhitener Same here, I got it installed 6 months ago and works awesome, actually I just had a wireless cable box put in last week on my outside patio. Picture quality is awesome. Seems like user error, or your cable sucks inside your house. Seems like user error. If you hate it so much to the point of putting in on YouTube, why not switch to someone else? If it were me, they would have been out of my house after the 2nd trouble call instead of taking time to produce a video of the problems.

Thats weird we just got it and it works fine for us. Looks like a bad receiver. How far are you from the V-Rad?
