It's wrong. I'll show you how. -- Start from where you first started, then without doing tricks jump at each rail, then, at the LAST rail slow down with the left thumbstick... TIP: Do not do ANY TRICKS, just GRIND and JUMP.

I had the same problem and nothing occurred. I play this game on my xbox 360, and the Graffitti Soul appeared not by doing this grind. The grind it worked for me was the one at the left side, when you turn the corner after this three rails, the one that have like zig-zag shape before you jump off the building. (Sorry for my english.)

your problem its that doesnt activate.

its not that bad, the problem its that some disk have problems with the last challenge, example people do the 14 platforms of shibuya and doesnt activate, some people have the 99th street gates and dont activate and so on, in my disk the one that never activates its the hikage street one, ive done that so much and nothing, that could be the explanation, but dont give up and keep trying sometime will pop out.

@OrquestaSonDelPuerto There are vids on youtube that show how to do the Hikage street crane, I just watched one. You have to grind up the crane, then grind all the way back down on the rail without falling down. I couldn't get the 13 platforms or reach to the sewage challenges. I got them with Youtube vids help. I only need 3 more characters. I got all the challenges, there is one very high graffiti soul in the sewers I'll prolly never get. Cheers!!

@clintonearlwalker yh i know how to do it, in my first file i did, it but when i try to do it in another file, i keep grinding to the end,(not falling) and when i reach the end nothing happens. the platforms were easy as hell, and so was the reaching to the sewers, about the highest ones in the sewers, its easy just need to wall ride the walls up, evading the black things in the walls, try it and trust me i didnt though i could do it, then i did it, and now i do it for fun.

@havick104 The person that uploaded this hasn't been on YouTube for at least 1 year, I checked. I think the problem is at the very end, they need to jump around the corner and land on that rail, and continue down and finish it. I don't remember exactly, but I finished this challenge a long time ago.

@havick104 I was wrong on this grind. I watched another vid, and the person did basically what happens in this vid and the soul pops out. I don't know why it didn't work in this vid, might be because doing air tricks during the grind, my reach to the sewage challenge didn't work if I did air tricks during the grind. Might be because of using Immortals, I don't know. Just find a vid that works, and do that exactly. That's worked for me on about 5 challenges.

Disregard the insults and do these things:

The Mystery Tape is in a low stair area just before the bookstore area. Get it, and then make your way back to the start.

Use the rails just before the turn into the square to do most of the Street Challenges. Use X Button Grinds and A Button Jumps for these things.

Go into and through the square, jump to the roof at the far end, and trick your way down to the ground. The rest is up to you.

Ok, the only thing wrong with this is; you either already completed the challenge or the tricks your doing on the rail are messing you up.

The long avenue grind is on the other side of the street he's already on.

And yes, Y tricks do give you more points than X tricks but you have to do them slower. Slowing down and doing tricks won't help either. If you purposely slow down to give you more time to do tricks you will lose all your points.

you have to grind the entire level, u can't stop, besides, u have to beat the game & you have to collect all of the head things in the area & break a time trial record for them, then they appear at the top of the hill, but the grinding you're doing here is only for one of the little head thingys, sry to tell you but either u got it already or u gotta start from the top n grind that reai all the way to the first bilboard jump intothe alleyway

I think you need to keep grinding that rail and get as much points as possible, don't jump becuz that stops the point multiplier. Just fall off the end of the long rail and maybe that'll activate it

Yeah, this is one of the harder GS's to get. the trick is to try and get as close to the end of the first rail before you jump off, and as close to the start of the second rail. slow down before you jump the gaps.
