@nukewarfare2 In My Opinion. We always need to have land based ICBMs.. Right now I think we have 450 with Single Warheads. And 50 with 2 or 3 MIRVs.. I miss the Peacekeepers.. They held up to 8 MIRVs.. But The Titan IIs were awesome.. Even though a Single reentry vehicle.. They Still Packed an outstanding 9mt warhead.. But they were outdated and had to be replaced.. But back to you're question.. we always need subs to be on stationed patrol thoughout the world.. to have a first strike capability

I still think we should maintain our missle silos.. and if so.. build a few more...
