@AndysOriginalSongs Thanks, Andy. I will be adding some original audio via other musical devices (like a PSP using TraxxPad - a music studio program) to some unusual videographic techniques.
I did get a new keyboard, but it seemed like a good by only $100. It's an M-AUDIO KeyStudio that uses a direct USB. Previous to that I got a USB to MIDI box. From what I could tell the Reason software emulates many MIDI devices that normally are actual pieces of hardware. Like the CZ-101 keyboard synthesizes sounds which you program on the keyboard. But you're adjusting an actual oscillator circuit (hardware). Reason is all software for generating different voices, plus sequencing, etc.
My mother was operating the camera and I too was surprised at how good she was with the framing and zooming. It was her camera, but it was still pretty new for her. I inherited the camera from her, but the Sony piece of dodo doesn't work anymore.
I noticed that it was during the first video that it had the black bars originally. Did you recently place those gold sidebars on the left and right? It is transparent and I can see over it actually. Did you just decide on putting that on there? Or did you do that on the AVS For You program when you were editing the video?
The video with my Mom in it has the black bars like this one used to have until a few days ago I added the special YouTube "hint" tags like the "Mean Kitty" video has.
yt:crop=16:9 yt:quality=high
When you saw this video the first time I had not put those tags in. If you download this video you will see that the gold bars are really a border that goes all the way around. The special "hint" tag "yt:crop=16:9" has zoomed and cropped the top and bottome.
Regarding the gold bars for the 2nd and 3rd song is a different video effect from the AVS program called RECTANGLE and I used a gradient fill going from Orange at the top left to a White at the lower right and also adjusted the transparency more.
But since I added the "yt:crop=16:9" tag it has cropped some of it so it is not as noticeable.
I just added this video as a Video Response to the one with my Mom in it.
This is the same video, but with the AVS program I fixed the audio (well not perfectly, but improved it). I'll try to add annotations to this one later to explain more of what the special effects are and when they occur. As usual I'm doing several things.
Well done, KC, I liked those effects you put on there. The mirror effect was really neat too. You did a lot of effects in the second clip. I know what you meant when you said the first clip got noisy and the piano wasn't loud enough. You really fixed it up this time around by tuning up the volume controls. You played piano much better than I ever did. Good close ups on the fingers too on the second clip. Were you using the camera or using the software for the zoom ins?
Excellent video KC, nice playing! Andy :)

Nice playing KC. Did you ever check out Reason software for the keyboard? (I remember you stating you were buying a new keyboard).

It's interesting how you can do that on videos.

Thanks. It was fun editing it. Did you like the funny effects. There nothing compared to the stuff that I've seen you do, but I'm learning.
