  • Thank you very much,it was a truly formative lesson.i have few Q: at min 26~ your talking about inverse relation of capillaries and the muscle growth, kindly explain me which part of the muscle cell gets bigger (the thick filaments or the thin filaments), also as you mentioned, what causes the muscle to break down[which part of it] and the body to re build them again
