Thank you for this. I tried everything to get it to work but couldn't, even with ngohq web site. I even bought a seperate usb controller card thinking it was that. Now the mouse has no more skipping movement. This setting is so important especially if you have a 120hz monitor because you see everything. 125hz is far from enough. Now all my games look super smooth when I move in them with a 500hz sample rate. Thanks alot.

Can somebody tell me why would you use this? More accurate mouse movement?

@justdrawcats If you have an older mouse like an intellipoint 1.0 or a 3.0 this will decrease input lag on your mouse and make it feels slightly smoother so its great for first person shooters or fast paced games! :)

Damnit. Did everything and no errors but the sample rate remains the same. Although setup.exe shows 500hz even after restart, the rate checker shows no change. Maybe it's because I have some cheap ass wireless mouse?

@SynXz uninstall the USB port in Device Manager and reboot. When your PC reboots it will re-install the driver and will work again.
