I weigh an average of 120-135 lbs, about 118 if I'm Competing or Modeling. Today I'm 140 with 142 is my max weight. I'm 5'4. I'm about 26% body fat composition. This is not a good learning video, if you are planning on teaching beginners you should break the steps down into counts. There is thousands of videos on youtube they could watch of people just dancing. If you were planning on teaching anyone above beginner level, you should have MUCH better technique. But to be honest, even teaching beginners you should have good technique, so they can learn it from the start. Point the toes, turn the hips, extend the arms in cross overs etc

Exhibition dancing is just that! - for EXHIBITIONISTS! This demonstration is real dancing for real people. Most people do not care to dance with a highly stylized dancer - it's a real turn-off! Watch Dancing With the Stars or dance competitions on TV if you're looking for second rate Fred Astaire and Cyd Charisse imitations.

This is a demonstration, people (and a good one at that)! It shows the bare basics and the focus is on steps, not the choreography and style - like in every dance lesson, if you've ever attended one.

If you want more "attitude and flair", go watch some dance contest videos.
