i agree, i think honda/acura was going for a futuristic look, but they ended up copying the design for the CTS, except the new TL looks like a less aggressive, less sporty version of the CTS

i have a 05 tl aspec, so i might be bias, but the grill is too big in the front, looks like the new accord from the side and something pontiac would make from the back. sort of dissapointed so far, maybe better in person.

Might as well just call it Acura Maxima or bloated Altima...it even passes for an average Lexus. Almost completely lost the "Acura look", that is sleek and refined, a car apart from all others. Should've at least followed the TSX's new curves and we would have had a true winner, instead a notable dissapointment which will surely not even sell as well the current killer TL model. This new "grille" concept is OK in front, but never in the rear. That is the one big dissapointment.

i have an 04 tl..which was ahead of its time when it came out...this might not be ahead of its time but it looks amazing regardless...the most powerful tl ever means the best i-vtec engine ever aswell...a legitimate contender for the best mid-sized sedan

I really don't see how people make bad comments about this car. Its a great improvement from last years model. The car is pretty damn good looking. It looks far better than the new CTS. I understand everyone has their own perception, but...Some people just don't know NICE when they see it...

I own TL and i really like it but this 2009 grill looks like Saturn's grill! Maybe not but it is similar.
