I fell really bad for the people who died in this tragic accident.I mean i dont blame them for not knowing that an iceburg (correct me if im wrong) but i happen to have somene in my family who died in it.My great grandfather David Henry was the 34th passenger on and after i lost him i always went to sleep wondering. Why did he go on? Was it really his time? Then soon i just try to get over it, ill see you later Grandpa i <3 you. Please like for the people who survived it would be Great!

Of the three ships in the class, the first built, subsequently modified, Olympic, was the only one to survive to be broken up in 1937. The Gigantic/HMHS Britannic hit a mine in 1916 and sank within ah hour.The hospital ship had medical staff aboard, but was empty of wounded at the time and had all the portholes open to keep her cool. The mine, in itself, was not a serious blow, but, once she began to list, water entered the portholes. She sank within the hour and 30 folk died.

The only reason Titanic is as revered in modern times as she is, is because of the tragedy. She'd be nowhere near as famous (and there certainly would not have been a blockbuster movie made about her) but for the fact that she sank on her maiden voyage, and all those poor souls perished.
