Ok i went to the Black Veil Brides, Asking Alexandria, Hollywood Undead, and Avenged Sevenfold concert in Jacksonville. i didn't scream but i yelled a lot, now i cant do high screams at all just no sound at all will come out no matter what. but i can do lows and mids pretty damn good. did i completely annihilate my high vocal chords or something or is there a way to work my way back to where i can do something? even when i sing i lost a good bit of high range so if any body will read this....

@SouthOldham keep trying he said it takes a while to get it to sound better with more tone i never did these things i only went with using diaphram and never use vocal chords and i can do lows and mids pretty fine with no lasting pain or any pain at all which comes from supposedly not building up these things, i wouldnt recommend doing what i did bc im only like 15 so things will affect me differently than others, depends on the person ik im taking a big risk though keep trying man youll get it
