when u twist make sure that your hands stay close to the scalp and pick up only a little bit of hair after each stitch... that should help

yes it is.. if you look at my video of the twists i did in my hair you can see it.. that stayed in my hair for about 4 days very tight and neat.. i only took it out because i had a banquet for work to go to and had to let me hair down.. otherwise it would have stayed in much longer:)
