to the seekers of things which are one of a kind the authentic, the rare, the hard to define to those who can judge a fruit by its scent and know all things great require time and intent to those who climb mountains or sail across seas for the perfect vanilla or honey from bees to the lovers of orchards where simple is grown and treat every bite as a world of its own to those always searching for whats pure and whats real from we who believe, we know just how you feel. ^^words to poem
simply beautiful & it got a very strong message of the finest raw materials used to make the best ice cream in the world! -- as was shared by its country mgr
I e-mailed Haagen-Dazs from their website to ask about the song. They confirmed that the composer is Jonathan Elias and said the name of the song is "Ode," but when I look up Jonathan Elias, I can't seem to find anything that says Elias even has a song called Ode. Anyone know anything about this song/composer that could help?
@Nalysha hello, I love the song to this commercial too. I emailed that haagen daaz site and I got a different answer. It said this piece was written by Elias Arts (I'm guessing thats the same guy) an it is called "Ode". But they also said it was an original piece for the haagen daaz commercial. So, it was only made for this..so I guess there's no way to get the song alone unless you figure out how to remove the narrator's voice from the music but I think thats illegal..lol

No one in their right mind would just go biting into a mango like that. Unless you want stringy, fibrous mango flesh all stuck between your teeth. And the skin is bitter! Honestly.
@trex910 you fucking idiot, if the best Vanilla is from country X, then they go to country X for it. Being third world or not is irrelevant. Get off your high horse
@trex910 well, it is very rare to seek authentic delicate things in a city, this was filmed in one developed republic where it was "civilized" enough to desire to be dominated by over ten political parties with a quarter of its people in poverty... yet
this commercial addresses that food, good whole food, is universal and unique at once. something overdeveloped places, still with poverty, fail to feel anything for.
I like these commercials. They seem so serene and the ice cream looks so yummy. *lol* It's funny... the man speaking sounds like Winnie the Pooh... and ironically... they show a jar of honey at one point. *lmao*
oddly enough, that video was refreshing. but now i am hungry.

How about a commercial announcing the return of half-gallons and full pints instead of sneaking up the price by shrinking the container?

I love how they see third world countries, ravished by poverty and disease, as places where you get good food...
