But so much bigger! They aren't even dangerous to people. If there's ever been an example of just WHY spiders aren't to be feared THAT is it dude!

  • Y u taking pics of his backside? spider porn.......

  • BURN IT!!! :O .. im just kidding, but ye scary looking to us city dwellers nowdays, and spider net made me chuckle, it makes them seem less threatening if they make nets rather than webs.

  • Its a Nephila aka The golden silk orb-weaver :P

They are all over thailand, and not dangerous for humans

  • kinda looks like a banana spider...every year we get like 15 of them spin their webs outside my house

  • the Brazilian wandering spider's bite is 18 times more deadly than the black widow, and causes intense pain and priapism (intense erection) and can even cause permanent impotence.

  • That there is what the locals call "dinner"

  • you are wrong there are in central america 2

  • That's a type of orb weaver spider there are similiar species all over the world.

  • thats probly becuz its a Huge web spider (Nephila) those are most biggest web spiders and can build webs over 2 Meters!

  • Nephila Maculata

  • i wanna pet it :D

  • Isn't it a Golden Orb Spider

  • @Steve31000 yes

  • That's creepy...----I'm now in Thailand---

  • hello! this spider is not poisonous at all, they can even grow bigger. Is called "banana spider", very common in Asia, from India to Vietnam...i found plenty of them in the jungle of Bangladesh...they make huge and beautiful spidernets, probably the bests ive seen in my life

  • @kimtripy Every spider on earth carries poison, just not all of it can hurt you. for example, the daddy long legs fangs are to small to penetrate. I work at a spider farm to tour actuly, and i was hoping to get one of these spiders

  • @kimtripy one the banana spider is the most poisonous spider in the world. two they're found in south america. thats not a banana spider. that may be a spider you're familiar with way more than me but i know for a fact that that is not a banana spider. if i had to guess id say its a garden spider. they make huge webs that can catch birds, we have small versions of them where i am. and they are poisonous. if they bite you you will be sick.

  • @kimtripy i was wrong. dont approve my last comment. i looked it up and theres two spiders that hold the banana name. ones the brazilian one and the other is this one.

  • @kimtripy BTW, they're not BANANA SPIDERS, They're ORB WEAVERS, the "BANANA SPIDER" is the Brazilian wondering spider, it's called the banana spider because it's a yellowish color , and are commonly found hiding in banana trees.

  • @kimtripy It's actually a Golden Orb, or Golden Web spider. Maybe the locals in Bangladesh call them Banana spiders, but this Thailand! lol

  • lmao grasshopper has no head... DECAPITATION says the spider rofl

  • eww ugly!

  • Seriously! One of those was in my yard once!

  • actually this spiders are also found in the philippines, this spiders ain't poisonous, my older cousin put one of this to the legs of my other cousin's leg while his asleep. he was but my cousins fine. ofcourse the moment he was bitten he felt pain. hehe! i think its a normal reaction if you were bitten.

  • There was one in the room of my mother during our vacation in Pattaya. The security guard looked even more surprised than my mother. After catching it he set it loose outside in the garden of the resort.

  • 29 sec hopefully these things dont jump... OH MY GOD MY EYE!!! AHH

  • banana spider

  • OMG THT SCARY!! AHHHHHHHHH

  • That is one big, big spider. Thankfully spiders arn't really dangerous...unless their poisonouso r they get stuck in you're shoes while you put them on. Still, see'ing spiders just make me shiver.

I'm sure it would run away if it did somehow get caught on you..knowing that a human could crush its skull with whack of their fingers. If I ever get to Thailand, I'll try and see if I can find to...then I'll piss myself in fear ; D

  • omg if ive seen ltos of those everywhere, id buy a shotgun and start killing .

  • Don't they grow those for their silk?

  • perhaps a golden orb

  • Did that huge spider look tasty to you also?... >_<

  • why would they be where the birds be flying the birds would eat them right? or they would eat the birds?

  • @tomagotchii Im pretty sure the Spider would be eating the bird...... DUH!

  • Pissed myself overhere !

  • I almost died just looking at it through YouTube.

I checked all the corners of the room... imagine having that ... thing crawling up your leg at night... I'd piss my self at the same time as diarrhea is coming out my ass and inside and rapture my whole inside up !!!

  • its clearly a robot

  • cool

  • oh i saw them too here in the philippines.

  • oh i saw them too here in the philippines. they are scattered every where

  • thats gagambang ekiz in the Philippines..

  • It is actually a female spider in all spider species the females are always bigger.

  • Actually, I heard that if you let it bite you, you get superpowers!

  • is it poisonous?

  • there are lots of those in the Philippines....

  • where in exatly you ben when you seen this spider????

  • @motorcross368 These are all over Thailand. Usually up in the power lines - or, where the wind is blowing a bit. Or, where they think birds might be flying.

  • whats that, the golden orb?

  • if i walked into a web with one of these, i would commit suicide.

  • @Galfy1 Hahahaha. Your comment really made me laugh. Cause i would do the exact same thing!

  • @Galfy1 No you would comment suicide, walking into the web IS SUICIDE lol

You wouldn't need to. The Spider would probably do that for you!

    Just kidding :P

  • @Galfy1 I'd die of a heart attack!

  • @Galfy1 as would I. I would carry around a loaded gun in thailand just for that reason

  • This is nephilia

  • dude if u triped and fell in the web ud b on the news "man died after tradject spider incedoint"

  • "Hopefully these things don't jump"

  • They have the worlds strongest web. So strong it catches small birds!! Really nice spiders though.

  • sounds like the double rainbow guy.

  • it'll eat your brains.

  • i would prolly pee my self if i saw that

  • I've seen these many times in Thailand; yes they look scary but they seem to be very pieceful. I've had some of them placed on my arm and all they do is really to wander around and check you out. The one I got on me was yellow; but they also let me hold a red one about same size(But with the red I was only allowed to hold it in one leg to make sure it would not attack)

  • @rudistrandvik lmao

The red ones are peaceful, honestly... xD

  • This is what Airsoft guns are made for

  • When I was in Thailand I saw a spider same like this frozen on the wall close to some bins. Then it crawled away. I dont know what I would have done if I had not have had a spare pair of pants in my bag to change into after seeing it.

  • I HATE Spiders!

  • @shotgun7502 if i ran into one of those , i dont think i'd wanna live anymore....

  • i couldn't live there i hate spiders what if you fell outside and it just attacked you ATTACK OF THE GIANT SPIDERS

  • I'd stay away from that thing lolll, they don't scare me I just hate it when they get on me haha

  • I would rubn, take cover, and cry if that was jumping at me!

  • Actually, Rocafella is right. This most certainly is an orb-weaver, and it's gorgeous!

  • if i was filming that i 'd probably get his web tangled in my hair, then have a massive spider on my face and start crying like a 7 year old school girl

  • And uhm.. The head isnt there anymore.. XD

  • Whats in those barells homeboy?

  • IF I SEE ONE OF THOSE IN MY BACKYARD.. I'D THROW MY SISTER TO IT LMAO!!!!

  • u dont want to get bit by that

  • It is a bannana spider if u look it up u can find out more about it i am not sure if bannana spiders are poisnes.....

  • @Wolfpup232 Yes It is a Banana/Wandering spider and a bite from a full grown South American adult can be very deadly and Lethal if Not treated with anti-venom. North American broods are less toxic though And are not lethal however

  • @Banshee636 you're wrong that is the golden orb weaver banana spider, not the banana wandering spider, wandering spiders are the most posionous spider in the world....this golden orb on the video is not so deadly.

  • @Wolfpup232

That's Bullshit! This here is a Nephila Spider, and it is absolutely not dangerous for Humans! Banana Spiders (which are highly agressive and dangerous) only live in South America!

  • @Ruhrpottwikinger Florida too :D

  • i went to thailand and i saw a few of those. from leg to leg i'd say the one i saw was 7 inches in diameter. how big was that spider?

  • @edog214 Hard to remember now - about same.

  • the only spider i am afraid of are the brazilian wandering spiders its a good thing I am not in brazil . they actually attack you on site.most other spiders I do grab even if some get in my house :)

  • i saw a spider like that at the mountain i used to jog some inches infront of my face and i was doing some insane body maneuvers and screamed like a 5 yr old girl

  • its a realy huge spider!

  • if i ever see one of that in my house... i would burn it man....

  • Cool :D

    Spiders rock!!!

  • if I found one of these things in my house I would've get a freakin shotgun!

  • They're not venomous. The large ones are female. The males are incredibly small, compared to females. The have huge gangly legs, and theyll 'run' to get away from you. Yes, Im Australian. And yes, I have seen them here. They are a tropical spider, so all the wussies from NSW have nothing to fear. Im not exactly sure of the name, but I have been told they are a 'Nefula' (Ne-fool-a) And yes, I have run into one of the females webs.

  • well sheeit......

  • NET? ...... Web.

  • it has no head lol it must feast on brains

  • it escaped from zelda twilight princess

  • wtf that thing is dame huge

  • scary!

  • is this poisinous?

  • Shoot it!

  • THATSW WHY IN WW2 flamethrowers were invented nah im jk but im going to watch alot of fire videos to calm down now bye

  • everytime i see huge spider or some creepy creature like that, i wonder why my first tought is that its in my mouth

  • @vetyzd thats wierd what else do u put in ur mouth

  • where do u come from in america schumburg cuz u sound like it

  • when i was in the philippines as a kid, we had those but even bigger

we try to catch them and have another big spider fight it but... when we do try to catch em they crawl on the stick so fast that you get scared itll get on you and you drop the stick and run

  • those are the coolest spiders i have one in my backyard and if you throw food on it like grasshoppers you can watch it eat em

  • WTF?!!

  • Holy Shit!!

I Have phobia 4 the Spiders

  • its an orb weaver. things get HUGE and they hold the record for building the largest webs in the world

  • eat that

  • thai man told me they are poison but the bigger the less poison they are unless your a grasshopper that is ! live on ground but too hot so move too bushes

  • And now.... for the most spectacular event for this big boy..... WE SHOOT IT WIT RPG!!!!

*they fire an rpg round at it*

*the thing spits a web shot at it and the rpg round gets stuck too the web. Rpg round explodes. Spider is unharmed*

*spider jumps too the rocketeer and eats his rpg.... then eats him...*

  • Some spiders lay there eggs in bananas, so be careful when eating cause if you eat the eggs they hatch inside you...............lol jks, but some spiders do lay their eggs in bananas but would get destroyed in your stomach acid ;)

  • @KingJack950 ITs a good thing I hate bananas

  • so thats where the last skulltula was..

  • garden spider!

  • its a bannana spider i my dad saw them in Okinawa when he lived there

  • what the fuck?? is EVERYTHING bigger in thailand?? "theres a HUGE spider" " he caught this HUGE grasshopper"

  • Thats like Zelda Spider!!!

  • usually most jumping spiders jump 40 times there size, so if that is a jumping spider, then thats crazy length, and nearly all jumping spiders are non poisonous

  • This is why i hate exotic places

  • I agree with Eric on this one. SKULLTULA!

  • No way...

    This not attack you?

  • @AshleyFan87 Spiders generally don't attack ANYTHING unless it's smaller than they are. Spend a lot of time with spiders and you'd find that all they really do is watch stuff happen and keep their home clean.

  • Lol its funny cuz there jumping spiders

  • @BlueTongueHeadShot97 jumping spiders dont spin web to catch their prey. They hunt them

  • lol yes looks like those ones from the zelda game

  • If i see one of these, I'll put it on a centipede's hive. I'll enjoy it
