@RefereeMario Zmommom is still a member, Totalmandude got fired about a year and a half ago. Long story, I don't want to discuss it really. I hope this answers your question.
@2040Tech Final Cut Express, but I might get the new version of Final Cut Studio when it comes out, or just get the current one for a lower price when the new one comes out.
@Hildron101010 ok, sweet, I am glad it is running faster, I have an idea for an error message for Windows Crap Edition, you tell it to do something in the start menu or something like that, have an error message pop up saying "Windows had a brain fart, please try again"; if you like this idea, feel free to use it
did you also notice speed differences in Hard Drive related stuff? because I saw the boot took a long time (or is that always the case with macs...). Also, what are you going to do with the old HD? keep it as spare or something?
@iTechNetwork I have read somewhere that opening up a MacBook like that does void the warranty, that is one thing better about a PC is that you are encouraged to open it up and upgrade it (that is if you know what you are doing), while using a PC, I use Linux, not Windows
@1536mbComedy Well, it depends on the manufacturer. Once they see that it is not exactly in the condition it was bought in, most companies will void the warrantee. Heck, I think HP voids the warrantee if a cable is loose or disconnected. Lolz. Besides, most of the time, Apple doesn't check for warrantee when checking on your computer.
wow... took 1 min and 45 sec for your mbp to revive again! i've used cloned softwares before. mmm i dont like.

@nOrCaLnerd89 Yeah, I have heard some stories about those too. All I can say is, no Seagate HDD ever died on me.

I upgraded my iBook's (G3) hard drive, and you pretty much have to dissamble the laptop to get to the hard drive.
