Cheezhead - It sounds like you're asking an honest question, so I'll provide a respectful reply.

The speech is a classic: heartfelt, genuine, motivating. I don't know the history but I presume the packers made a great comeback. That said, today, this speech seems like it was written for a Hollywood low budget sports movie.

I'm watching the Packers, because I think they will be meeting (and dying) at the Pat's feet.
