If you are a Designated Carrier (UPU-speak for US-speak 'Postmaster') with the UPU, like Brandon, then your indorsement of a stamp, activates you the carrier's liability and the UPU's jurisdiction, because, even though its not your stamp, all member states are one postal territory and must forward each other's mail under the UPU Constitution.

If you're not you're just defacing property, about as useful as signing a bank note.

But where's any evidence that the 29 nation states that founded the IMF are in any way its debtors?

HJR192 1933 doesn't mention the IMF as it only came into existence in 1944. So when did the IMF buy the US debt? It could have, but with whose credit or capital?

Creditors control, so it seems the chain of control doesn't go up through the IMF but back from the IMF through the national central banks to the private owners.

I could be way off base here & only jumped in your 2nd comment, but I think I heard something about the IMF using us (citizens) for credit? Something about the birth certificate & bonds. Names written in Capitals to serve as a front for some corporation, and numbers assigned to them. In other words "We" (citizens) are debt slaves. Until you renounce your citizenship or w/e.

yes i know what the new world order is and i do not take it the slightest bit seriously. that's probably why i laughed. A bunch of bankers trying to take over the world does not make the slightest bit of difference to my sovereignty. they do not bother me in the slightest.

I am sure you know that the bank of england isn't owned by the gov't neither is the federal reserve owned by the US. All stuff on this planet (on paper) is owned by the corporate elites. Media is controled, prescribed and administered. If you think claiming sovereignty is any good then great, you have my blessing. Peace
