There is nothing superstitious about the risks of consuming processed food and fast food. It is street knowledge recognized by most people trying to stay fit, healthy and functional in a school, work or athletic environment.

BTW I just completed an 80 mile training ride with young men aged 17 -23. I average 25 -35 miles per day while working 15 hrs per day. Selecting the most efficient and beneficial fuel to do this is crucial especially at 64 years old.
