This movie is not as good as the first one, there are quite a few plot-holes, many of the characters in the film act as if they are actually -trying- to get themselves killed and it is not as scary as the first one either.
It is, however, one of the few movies where you actually care about some of the main characters (SOME of them, the rest, you´ll probably hate) The ending was amazingly emotional, I almost shed a tear.
So many losers complaining about REC like its going to change anything. They made the movies, they exist, nothing you can do about it now. Get over it already.

Quarantine was a remake of REC. Not really a remake since it was pretty much exactly the same movie except it was re-made in Holywood.
Now what I find interesting is that there is a sequel - REC 2, but, the thing about that sequel is that it turns from something as simple as a zombie vampire virus infection (SPOILER) to people getting obsessed with the devil which wants to take over the world using this virus as a disguise... or something like that.

Quarantine was a remake of REC. Not really a remake since it was pretty much exactly the same movie except it was re-made in Holywood.
Now what I find interesting is that there is a sequel - REC 2, but, the thing about that sequel is that it turns from something as simple as a zombie vampire virus infection (SPOILER) to people getting obsessed with the devil which wants to take over the world using this virus as a disguise... or something like that.
Apparently Hollywood didn't like that idea.

I loved this movie. It was better then i expected. When I heard about this movie, i thought that it was going to be terrible. I mean, pretty much zombies on an airplane. But it wasnt, it was really good.
