@Ztrimma yes, it is the perfect camera for beginners, yes the macro is amazing, my only problem is that I cant record in 1080p 24fps (im into movie making)

I have the 16gb that came with the kit but in reality Ive never used more than 5gb in a day, so its up to you if you want to use the 8gb or 16gb.

Well although it is a good camera, I saw what the EOS 7d and the mk. IV could do, this camera is more for those who want something just a little better that your regular compact digital camera.

A couple of points...too much coughing in the video and there is no reason that screen shouldn't be 3 inches.

They are both really the same.

The battery life is great, but if your recording alot, make sure you have extras.
