Partootie, I'm a BIG CHILLY SUPPORTER but I think that Billy isn't IN LOVE with her YET but I think he cares for her more than he realizes. I think he doens't want to love Chloe. When Shiva told him they were aliked, he didn't want to admit it. He wants to be with a "keeper" just like Chloe with Cane. One day hopefully Billy will be able to see that loving someone who knows you and accepts you for the person you are now, is the one that could give you all the love you really need. GO CHILLY!

I'm a bit confused. I just recently started watching the Billy and Chloe clips. In this clip, Chloe says that she loves Billy. So why does she want to stay with Cane? I'm a bit confused. I think Billy also cares about Chloe, yet he's spending time with Lily. If both Billy and Chloe feel the same way about each other, why are they with people that they do not really love? Especially in Chloe's case, she's fighting to stay with Cane while she loves Billy? Why?

Well Chloe doesn't think Billy is father material as said in this clip. He even told her he didn't want to be a father. To have a "father" for the baby, she pretended to sleep with Cane when he was passed out drunk and that's why the similar DNA helped because Billy and Cane are brothers which helped Chloe pull if off. I agree that Billy cares for Chloe. He's admitted as much but I don't think he realizes how much he actually does. He does like Lily too but this baby seems to draw him to Chloe.

I think that Billy likes them both but I think he's relationship with Chloe is a bit more complicated. I think he's not aware what all he feels for Chloe but it's obvioius that he's drawn to Chloe. She also gets to him like now one else and I think when someone has that capacity to get to you in that way of the opposite sex, it's something more. I like Chloe and Billy want and want them in their own story at some point as well.

OMG..i get it now..she switched the dates on the ultra sound thingy so that it would look like Cane was the one who made the baby. But it was actually Billy because he had sex with Chloe in June not in the month that Cane had sex with her. So she did this so she could break Cane and lily up and have Cane for her own because she's jealous of Lily and wants Cane to herself. but now that she sees that Cane still has feelings for lily, she wants Billy no and knows he knows that hes the real father!

I agree, that Billy cares about Chloe more than he thinks. I think we've seen enough to know that he cares about her and with their moment they shared on Christmas, I think it showed they will make their way to each other. Even in this scene, when he found out the baby was a girl, he's affected. And then that comment of "Chloe Jr. Imagine the two of you." He's know they would be both a handful but he didn't mean it in a mean way. Billy will get it right down the line.
