  • It's irony that we have such politicians who control us, decide for us what is right and good, what we should not know. They are absolute idiots if they promote dangerous pollution, dumbing down society and destroying Earth.

I can assure you that there are incredible technology, that is kept secret in mass media.

Reason is that elites would lose their power and they want preserve to this horrible system.

  • Use Hutchison crystal batteries. They make free energy and are quite easy to make.

  • seems like alot to do for only 50 watts...

  • p.s. the song is

    to wish impossible things

  • great cure tune in the background.

    love that song!

  • Thats really cool!

  • nice setup nasty youtubers

  • I wonder how many children die every year from home made power. I wonder if it compares with the ones that die from conventional power. I could see safety measures being overlooked in home projects though. Good luck.

  • what a lot of shit,,, fucking thick yank scum

  • @benny1473

What are you, a Brit nigger or wigger.

You've just revealed to everybody your small chimp brain.

Ahr ya pinin' fer da I-Land, mon?

    Drop Dead real soon.

  • Check out SafeTorFreak on YouTube!

  • there are other cheaper ways of generating solar power, for instence it would not be hard to build a small solar updrift tower out of some large tubing and some clear plastic or glass.

this type of power system is alot cheaper then voltaics but takes up a huge amount of land per watt compared to voltaics.

  • Solar panel cost has dropped a lot in the last couple of years. You can now buy new top quality solar panels for about $2 per watt. Some of the surplus Solyndra panels have been selling on eBay for $1 per watt in larger quantities.

I hope you aren't venting hydrogen from that battery into your dryer exhaust. Bad as that would be with an electric dryer, it would be VERY scary with a gas powered dryer.

  • Careful with the battery near the water heater. batteries can give off a gas that is explosive.

  • I bought the same panels a few years ago. They only lasted a year, then the bottoms corroded out and they stopped functioning.

  • love the song!

  • That looks like a great idea, I will have to implement this on our self-build....

  • your system is so neat and professional looking..while mine looks homeade..its good to meet someone who does Solar...power...they're hard to find here in pensacola Fl it was great finding your channel....I'll be watching for sure and I'm gonna try and do my wires a little neater like yours...thanks ..subbed you also

  • my system is more or less just like yours but larger ..it's 1250 watts DIY and totally off grid and cost about 6 thousand I could have saved about 5 or 6 hundred but we never saw utube till 3 months ago and could have learned more watching videos like yours ... thanks

  • @muddmanone I watched your video (and subscribed) thats an awesome system! I wish mine was as good!..:)

  • It would be ideal if human would do as much as possible with his own hands. Technology is not bad if it benefits us, besides progress can't be stopped it is human nature to seek perfection. Problem is that it not only can cause damage to our health or environment. Bigger problem is that it kills our spirit. Humankind by being blind became enslaved by technology, dogmas, rules, money.

  • @sauroman1 You are very wise for your age my friend.

  • @sauroman1 Progress can be stopped and has been stopped, my friend, or at least delayed. Ever wonder why it's taken so long for solar technology to catch on in the USA? Certain people had a lot of money invested in oil.

  • Just want to say to be aware that you also pay your own health. Americans complain about fluoride and other toxins in water. So solar cell factories are one of fluoride pollution sources.

  • @sauroman1 I think we need to go back to hand cranked and human powered things.

  • @sauroman1 Well the fluoride that is added to drinking water comes from the phosphate ferliliser industry and has nothing to do with solar panels. There are three types of fluoride that come from production but the only one added, is as mentioned, is a by-product phosphate fertiliser production and since it can't be dumped in the oceans it's added to our drinking water.

  • Did you know that solar cells are NOT ecological at all. In their manufacturing are used hazardous chemicals such as lead, mercury and cadmium. Also a lot of energy is required to produce them. Fossill fuel has to be burned therefore CO2 is produced.

    That's not solution.

  • @sauroman1 Yeah we are way behind right now.

  • that's amazing.

  • Is it just me, or is that the sexiest voice ever? Hadn't a clue what he was talking about but I just loved listening to him lol.

  • @Sparklygal81 Well thanks for the comment!

  • how much are the larger solar panels?

  • Cheapest? No sir get a pile of tabbed solar cells you could make a panel bigger than those 3 for under $200.

  • @1991araaron how about the easiest then? lol

  • @london1817 lol

  • @london1817 uhm... no lol

  • um whats the song playing in the background?

  • @Escrima88 the cure...I think "wish" is is the song.

  • fcuk u pg&E im going green :))

  • Nice job man

  • @WindPowerKits Thanks man ...I"m tring.

  • Congrats on you video exceeding 1 million views. Greetings from sunny Jamaica.

  • @Lanny615 thanks! I love Jamaica! nicest people in the world!

  • @london1817 ,,hi good day,,my only problem left is the charge controller i don't have money to buy one,,i wonder is there another way i can use some device other that buying one?i just need to it to maintain 75w solar panel charge to 12v., cos we all know sometimes it surges up to 18v higher which is critical for the 12v battery..pls help me thanx god bless

  • @ghoku14 well...I don't have a good answer for that....just save the best you can and get a used zantrax off ebay..... don't burn your house down.... buy one with a dump load.

  • @london1817 yes i already have an 1000w power inverter,, what im asking is the charge controller that place between the solar panel and the 12v batteries...?

  • @ghoku14 Yes check out the Trace 35 charge controller.....its a cheap & awesome long lasting one. you can ckeck ebay for a used one. I was talking about a charge controller. I dont use a power inverter on mine because everything here is 12 volts... inverters are very inefficent.

  • @london1817

Is the charge controller also an inverter?

  • ★★★★★ for the vid and I have full manual how to make a panel in your garage in 1 day, it's easier then u think and ultra cheap...don't buy them!

  • @makeSOLARPANELS Thats cool...I will check out your channel.

  • gay music

  • if it's a 12V system you can run a car audio amplifier, we use one for almost non stop music

  • look into grid tie inverters, no batteries and no loss in charging, (if your already on the grid)

  • Can you run Clothes/Dish Washing machines, clothes dryer, hotwater heater, home theater system, water pumps for filtration system, and 24/7 webserver rack on this setup?

  • wow u have the most neat system i ever seen!!

  • @kjgreen900 Well ....thank you kindly!! have a great weekend!

  • nice

  • For a small DIY project, you can save some money on the power inverter by using old UPS for computers. They are usually small power output ... only enough to power a few lights or laptop, but you can get those cheap. Often, the battery is what fails in those, but you don't need the battery. You only need the electronics that convert the DC to AC. Check the channel: mrmoneyhustler for more details.

  • @MrMoneyHustler Thats cool....what do you power during the day on your ups? thanks... that is a useful idea.

  • booooooo to the shoe ad before this video!

  • Nicely done. I like the jacks that your using. I got real energetic and wired my whole house with 12VDC and 120AC coming from the battery bank. Nice work.(Tom)

  • @carr869 That sounds like you are off the grid! are you running a lot of things off the batteries?

  • What Song is that in the beginning? It sounds like the cure.

  • @TheNewPrepper931 It is the cure....Its called "wish"...or something like that.:).

  • i think it's really important that solar panels should be made more available- if you agree, please sign this e-petition. Or not, it's your life.

    epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/7249

  • @thestirfrychicken I totally agree!!! I don't understand why they are not 19.95 as seen on tv.....or at wal-mart.

  • @london1817 Yeah- solar panels are such an easy source of energy- that's why I'm trying to get signatures on the epetition to try and change things.

  • w w w diymagneticmotor com for FREE energy, anyone has tried it?

  • Good for a Grow-op. why don't people use this as opposed to stealing power.

  • thats cool

  • I can see you are very enthusiastic about this, a friend put solar panels on his house contrary to my specific advice. Sadly they will never pay for themselves, it does not mean it is a bad thing to do but most of these "free energy" systems cost more than grid power. There are some excellent wind turbine plans on the net, may be a valid way forward......

  • Solar power is the best possible way to get almost anything!

It's so simple that it's not even funny, water has it's own way of satisfying as well.

We just need the sun to get the power via solar panel to create hydrogen with electrolysis of the water, then out of no where, you have free fuel that leaves nothing but water that could be used again in an everlasting circle!

How amazing 21st century is, this is simply too fun to miss out on :P

  • need to buy a 50 dollar inverter to transfer the 12VDC to 120AC, all this stuff pays for itself over time, make people more independent

  • @Jammieg001 I think so....kinda cool too!

  • Harnessing the power of the sun does not make you a socialist, commie, homosexual, or any other closet bogeyman that Republicans are so afraid of. It makes you an intelligent human being that's able to understand that if you can legally get something for free then why pay for it? If you can make money by legally getting something for free, and then selling it then why not do it? Anything less is retarded.

  • @Zarrakan Seriously? What does being a Republican have to do with saving money on electricity? Absolutely nothing! It's far more likely that the big government liberals will try to control and tax your efforts. Just wait. Your greedy, money hungry democrats will find a way to get their hands on any profit you try to make so they can fatten up their pockets on the back of your work.

  • @1cassiesmom If you make an income you pay income tax. Tax is good because I don't see people like you going out , and doing all the stuff government does. If you think the government only wastes money you are an idiot. Quit life before you have children. If you already have children, please drown them because they likely are just as stupid as you.

  • @Zarrakan "If you think the government only wastes money you are an idiot."

Really... so are you saying the gov doesn't waste money? Or that arguing that the gov wastes money is a life-sucking futile argument because they have the guns, and we gotta do what ever they say? Or that all the stuff the gov does includes raiding people selling raw milk, cheese, and watermellons?

The gov would tax the sun if they could block it.

  • @ParapaDrifter I'm saying that if you think ALL the government does is waste money you a a fukin idiot.

  • @Zarrakan what do ya think... as a percentage, how much expenditures are govt waste? And how much of their expenditures are actually them stealing from the people through the inflation tax?

Fact of the matter is, they don't need taxes, they've got hold of a printing press and could print their way to oblivion; and expose how much control they really have as they wipe out poor people's savings through inflation.

Why do bankers create sovereign public currency for private gain?

  • @ParapaDrifter I don't care. I'm investing in solar so I don't have to pay for electricity anymore. When I can buy an electric car I won't have to pay for gas anymore either. If you want to continue getting raped by oil cock, you do that. I'm not going to stand in the way of you fucking yourself over. You enjoy that oil cock. OK.

  • @Zarrakan Gotcha.. one more little thing. Once you get off the grid, which, for me, is a grrrrreat goal to achieve. What does it matter if you save a boatload from the energy companies when the government up and takes your house cause you still find it hard to pay taxes even though your functionally independent?

Does it make sense that the banks own all the houses, and everyone else is homeless cause there are no jobs or loans given to small entrepreneurs?

    Kind of a conundrum, no?

  • isn't that little box he's got there at worth 1000+ 0:45

  • Additionally, if you are making your own electricity at some point you will max out any electric company reimbursement. At that point, if you want to keep building, you can start using the money to set up the rest of your family on separate on/off grid systems. If you get really good at it, apply for a business license, and then begin your own solar installation company. You'll need experts in construction, roof installation, and electricians. Call it SolarCo or soemthing.

  • Listen up Republican oil cock sucking faggots. If you own solar panels you are producing your own electricity by harnessing the power of the sun. If you sell that electricity back to your local power company you are engaging in a transaction no different from what your local fast food restaurant does. You make the electric cheeseburger with your solar panel stove, they pay you for it, and then electric company stuffs it in it's fat face and noms it. payment for services rendered fuckers!

  • So it takes about 25,000 minutes, or approx 419 hours just to recoup the $250 spent, if you pay .19 cents per kilowatt?

    Is that about right?

  • @Ozarkorganicshiitake So you save $250 every 17 days, or rounded $500 a month. DAYMN. Sign me up to that. :)

  • This is how ALL electricity will be produced eventually : solar panels on OUR houses, feeding a grid we all have to take in turns SHARING.

We will get 'allocations' of use, like rations.

Those who got the panels first are traitors to the rest of us.

Welcome to the green fascist police state.

  • @JoeGitface Um you are an idiot. If you have solar panels you can just as easily choose to not be part of the electric grid. The only reason some people choose to stay attached to the grid after installing solar panels is because they can get paid for charging electricity back to the electric company.

  • @JoeGitface Go suck Republican oil cock someplace else Exxon fag.

  • @Zarrakan I am NOT a 'Republican' as I am not american.

I cycle and walk most places I go.

I just don't happen to believe the climate change LIES that are being peddled, often by people like you who have an agenda.

  • @SuperTruth77

    REALLY?? such things happens?

  • @SuperTruth77

We have been warned? About what? Lunatics?! Already knew about them, you see lunatics are just as vulnerable to bullets as non lunatics, who return fire. Of course, if your country doesn't allow you to keep and bear arms, then that's a problem far greater than "being shot" by a lunatic IMHO.

  • @SuperTruth77 STFO Troll and GTFO my planet.

  • @SuperTruth77 Go suck Republican oil cock someplace else Exxon fag.

  • @Zarrakan Wasn't Al Gore heavily invested in Occidental Petroleum?

I thought only repugnantcans were the only party that calls names when they have nothing of worth to say. Don't fall for the two party, good cop/bad cop routine, its fucking old, and the people have fallen for it for far too long.

Get out of the 2 party paradigm, sly.

  • @ParapaDrifter Dude. Who gives a crap about politicians, or some shit that's 10 years old. I'm talking about the now. Solar power works. Electric cars work. Solar + electric cars = no gas bill. This is not star trek. If you want to keep getting raped at the pump, fine. Get raped. I could give a shit about you, or people like you. But smart people like me know that solar can be used to power anything that uses electricity, and why pay for shit when you don't have to. Solar is free energy.

  • You can buy solar panel kits on Amazon for next to nothing, and they even sell plug and play systems on various websites. If you're not making the move to solar you are just a lazy fag who likes oil cock in his ass on a regular basis. If that's what you like. Great. I'm happy for you. You go boy. Suck that oil cock. Take it up the ass. Unnghh can you feel it. Great. Whoop de shit. I'm going to invest in solar and never have to pay for gas/electricity ever again.

  • @SuperTruth77 Never heard this story, but it sounds a bit peculiar....

  • @SuperTruth77 Thanks for validating my idea of completely getting off the grid and not trying to cash in on the tax breaks. ;)

  • @SuperTruth77 Well then, that just means I'll buy a handgun alongside my solar cells when the time comes.

  • A nice simple and effective system.

    10/10 for ingenuity and practicality.

Yep,... I really like it as a backup system.

  • @ozzirt Thanks for the comment1

  • search for eolic energy in google!!!

  • I think you did a great job! Well done!

  • @BigBearHuskyMusher Thanks! I tried to do it simple.

  • Very poor use of your electricity. You should be using high intensity LEDs for light. That way you could light your entire house and still have power left over.

  • @legion10101 I know, I know.....I would like to but they are expensive!

  • @london1817 Maybe not what you think....You know those cheap flashlights that use super bright leds, well those are mounted on a board in an array, and all you have to do is take the thing apart and then wire it that way. You can use those diffusers from a plastic company or something similar from Harbor Freight Tools... It is amazing what you can do with those LEDS now. I work for an LED company, so if you need some tips just hit me up.

    Nice vid

  • @pancakepie2 That is maybe the most useful comment I have ever got on you tube!! Thanks I will try to find me a couple lights like that at wal-mart or something....Great Idea! you should do a video on that ...It would be great!.....Rick.

  • @london1817 the dollar store in my home town has them in two packs. they have nine LEDs in each light. 18 LED's for a buck. I buy them out when ever they restock them LOL

  • @kingjamesbbq are they 120v ac bulbs? or what do they look like...thanks... I am eager about this!

  • @london1817 they are the little LED flash lights. they run off of AAA batteries. you can take then out of the flash light an make DC lights out of them or you could just leave them in the flash light an use 2-3 flashlights to make one bulb. this would all be DC so no converter needed

  • @SolarAuthority

Your manners are "a little clunky". What the heck are you? Some kind of Solar Snob???

Not everyone can drop 10Grand on a solar setup. I think its a great system and not ""clunky" at all. Wired up well, even vented the heat back out!! GENIUS!!

Go troll somewhere else. Nothing clunky here!!

  • @OxyMoronMovies Thanks! you know peope are soo weird out there! i just hooked it up and made a video

and if you read some of the older comments I have been cussed out for it and I just don't get it sometimes. But thanks for your comment!....it works and I am glad to have it.

  • Where did you get your lights

  • @sigmaknight3 they came with the kit.

  • Nice DIY project. A little clunky but it looks like it works :)

  • @SolarAuthority still works...maybe not the best but works right now.

  • thumbs up so this comment can see anybody

  • @TheHackers1000 haha..you are crazy! lol.... have a great 4th!!!!

  • @london1817 thanks

  • Excellent

  • If You Want To Make Your Own Solar Panels Easy & Fast, Than This Is Your Chance To Change Our Childrens Future And Go Green !

    Enjoy :) squidoo(dot)com/green-future

  • @iRedhotchilipeppers1 Thanks ! :D

  • $ 250 for panels, + battery + inverter + wiring etc. for two 5 wat bulbs? fuck this machine.

  • @fudgedogbannana Haha...that was funny....

  • 87 people drive hummers.

  • i thought mexicans were the cheapest solar power until i watched this video. thanks london! you're the greatest!

  • @HeatherHell666 I don't either to laugh or cry.....or cry laughing.

  • uhmmm save money or save the planet.... uhmmmm.... i go for saving the planet ;)

  • @xbuster17 Both really good answers!

  • @xbuster17 you'd rather save the planet from what?

  • @dmbcmj from anything i can.right now, from humans ...it's our home, our only home for now, and we're sharing it. must learn to coexist .

  • Having such type of electricity is really a good advantage, specially if you only have a handful of electrical devices. I myself have made a cellphone charger and a laptop charger from solar panels. So, when I travel out of the city for any assignments, I can still have power for my laptop and cellphones even for days...

  • does it power up the refrigerator too? for two weeks? I want to get one of these things

  • @ProtocolsMaster With the right batteries it would.

  • @ProtocolsMaster The trick to these systems is the batteries that you are charging. And with more panels, the batteries charge faster. I used to drive forklifts that used a massive lithium battery that would run that lift for 12 hours straight all the while lifting extreamly heavy objects. The company used solar panels to charge the batteries in a massive battery bank.

  • this is cool!!

  • I've done the math. Every solar kit on the market, small or large takes 20-30 years to pay for itself (assuming zero maintenance). This one is no exception. My roomie owns this kit and I must say the lights that come with it are exceptionally bright. The video here doesn't do them justice. Great kit if you need a little remote power. But don't get suckered into buying any solar kit for "energy savings." Solar can't compete with the power co.

  • @drright71 With just the 30% federal rebate, a well-designed solar pool heating (zero maintenance) pays itself off in 1-3 years and a well-designed solar domestic hot water system (maint. every 20 years) pays itself off in 6-9 years vs. electric & propane. These figures are for 12 cents/kWh and 65-90 cents / lb of propane. Solar PV (electric) pays itself off in 12-31 years depending on Sun exposure and the assumed annual rate of energy inflation (~12.5 yr for 10%, ~16 yr for 5%, ~31 yr for 0%.)

  • @SolarCoordinates To clarify I was only referring to PV systems. And the 30% tax credit is a ruse. It only applies to professional installations, which cost about 30% of the parts cost. The credit negates itself. Not sure where your "energy inflation" numbers come from, but they're irrelevant. Electric prices would have to increase 5-6 fold today just to make PV panels competitive. Find me an 80% tax credit and warranty the entire system including weather damage for 10 yrs, then we'll talk.

  • @drright71 The 30% tax credit applies to both parts & labor. Homeowner's insurance takes care of damage to the panels, and solar generally doesn't increase your premium, though I would have to admit that I'd like to see a PV manufacturer make a panel that stands up to baseball-sized hail. Electricity prices would not have to increase 5-6 fold in order to make solar PV viable, but the energy inflation rate WILL exponentially increase the price of electricity over time, shortening payback time.

  • @SolarCoordinates 1+ inch hail is pretty common in Texas storms. Great location for solar energy in general, but a real hazard for fragile PV panels. As for electricity prices, I don't see any reason for an increase beyond inflation. There's no precedent, nor looming crisis to drive it. Oil, yes, but we don't use oil for electric power (DIY EVs rock). Anyway, I don't think PV panels are useless, just not the way to save money on electricity. Wind power has a better chance to pay for itself IMHO.

  • @drright71 PV panels will withstand 1", but not too much larger. My guess would be that most will break from 1.5-2" hail. Believe it or not, about a week ago I helped install a system on a guy's house, and about 6 hours after we finished, we had an extremely bad storm (tornado about 3 miles away from the location) and hail all over the place, some as large as softballs. Luckily he only got 1" hail, but I was crossing my fingers. Would've been a hard pill to swallow if he'd gotten softball.

  • @drright71 A little cynical are we? A competitively priced, professionally installed array will cost about $0.06/kW over its useful lifespan with the 30% tax credit. In Utah, we have the second lowest power rates in the nation, and we are paying more than $0.06/kW. And FYI, the 30% federal tax credit applies to any installation on your primary residence, professional install or not, and covers all reasonable associated costs. Most panels are rated for 1" hail and have 25 year power warranties.

  • @sschoon86 even by your calculations it takes 25 years to pay off the PV system. And trusting you won't have hail larger than 1 inch or won't have an inverter fail in that time. In reality, you save nothing money wise.

If you're using PV panels to power a shed, or a cabin in the woods, where having an electrician wire up grid connections is cost prohibitive, or if just the idea of making your own power out of spite because you can afford to, PV panels are okay. Wind is still far cheaper tho.

  • @drright71 Agreed. In our case, we're going to use solar power for our backyard shed, landscape lighting and water feature. It would cost the same amount to have power run to our backyard (per code) than it would be to set up the solar system.

  • @digitalDanalog See, now we're talking savings. Electricians cost more than putting in your own 12v lights and water pump. They'll still take 25 years to pay off, but you've saved a ton on installation and the associated headaches :)

  • now u just have to get those curly bulbs that save bunch of enrgy and last for years,

otherwise yer just wasting all that effort.

  • @nunnk105 Curly bulbs...thats funny...I went to LEDS instead of them.

  • @nunnk105 yeah, those bulbs are bad for the environment (contains mercury) and don't actually last for years. they also give off an odd spectrum of light that doesn't feel at all natural.

  • can you like be more specific on what you used, i would like to build one of my own.

  • Congratulations you save $15 a year. for half that price you could have bought an off the shelf model with double the output.

  • @mettawolf What model are you talking about...I never tried to save money...I just wanted to

have solar power for back up electric....The power went out for five days a couple times here and it sucked.

now I at least have lights and a tv and a porch light.

  • @london1817 solar panels are cool but if it's for emergency power outs you know you can go to store and get generator for a what 100 to to 300 dollars and they'll power your lights and ice box. And most don't use a large amount of fuel , and if you don't use the gas you have it for your ATVs or lawn m..just think about it. I have great refrigerator it keeps my stuff cold for hours after the power goes out but i figure why chance it.

  • @mettawolf Alright mate!!! I have the same sort of setup as rick in the video...I find it excellent when we run out of electricity here in Scoaltn with power fails....I have used mine 3 times this year during power cuts....It`s a good system as well as using for backup power...I have got mine now to power a 600w kettle....overall it`s good to have a small backup power source....think of all the food in a freezer defrosting for example...I just enjoy the system for what it is..

  • I am all for solar power, but over $200 for two dim lights doesn't seem worth it. I want a panel that can run my A/C.

  • @FullforceMMATX dream on.

  • @FullforceMMATX You can work your way around that. BTW if you manage to get most of your house solar powered. bye bye power bills.

Good idea though. using the power of the sun to power your A/C!

  • I had this same system installed when a storm blew through the neighborhood that knocked the power out. I was the only one in the neighborhood who had lighting...and it attracted lots of attention that night too..... makes a great back up lighting system for emergencies

  • who are the 82 solar haters....:)

  • Dear Brother,

I have seen you video, and really appreciate for this. I will be very much obliged to you, if you kindly help me to know - what do I need for 1(one) Kw system for my house.

Waiting for your kind reply please.

    Kind regards.

  • @SolarCoordinates no clue whatyer talking bout bro.
