well i know a 106 about 9 to 10 years ago used to go to our cruse and he had one in his car can't remember if 15" or 18" but he had mad power too it and in competition hit like 164 or 165 db from 1 sub they are amazing and hit soooo hard and deep trust me amazing .

Because the spider is in the cone, the actual shape of the cone is varying during playback and this is a bad thing. You want the radiating area to be stiff and constant. May look cool but its not. Ther is a reason why nobody else bothered to do this even after CV released the driver.

That gray surround is totally wrong one!!! You should get the right one the stiff riged paper one that CV uses it will play much much better !! Like that it will not last long befor a recoil + original surround!! but that is one heavy duty player and the box is not the right one to ported the way to go one 6" flare type!! @Bassboostz That design is adjustable depending on what Hz you plan to utilize in competition, HOWEVER, this person loosened the set screw and it is free to adjust itself mid-stroke. Not good.

Used to have a 12 and then a 15, and wish i never sold it. Had a MMATS Juggernaut afterwards and thought the strokers were better. They hit so hard if given the power. Any system can make smooth bass, but a real- well designed system hits hard in my opinion.

Not 4000watts. Maybe 400watts. Strokers dont need more than 1200watts RMS. They will start to distort and sound like shit. I have 4 15's and 4 12's and I only feed 600watts to each sub and they sound loud and the bass can be compared to a theater, DEEP and LOW with high SQ. I cant wait to get my 15's reconed so they can flex an extra .5" or maybe even .75".
