I try to unlock 4 dragon shouts but the game crashes every time i want to unlock the fourth dragon shout

How do you unlock the shouts? I have ice and fire and 2 dragon souls but they arnt high lighted and when i click to equip it says Dragon Souls are required to unlock shouts. Im on xbox please help.

to learn another shout make sure to unequipped your current shout you are using otherwise they won't let you unlock
