Street fighter 3 is the best street fighter out of all of them. I have all 3 versions on dreamcast. I think the only reason its not as popular is cause they tried to introduce to many new charachters at once. Unlike the new warriors where they only added 4. And the alpha series did it well with charachters that had deep backstorys intertwining with other charachters. It helps you to get to like the players more.

All endings in street fighter 3 seem to have a majestic and haunting beauty. This game was ridiculously under looked by the general public. Kind of depresses me, seeing street fighter 4 grabbing more gamers. Don' get me wrong, sf4 is incredible but seeing that sf3 is still the last game in the series storyline wise, you would think most gamers would like to understand what happened after sf2.
