Rodney Atkins is the man...I saw him at the Alabama National Fair in Montgomery back in October. While he was singing this song, he noticed a father and his young son on the front row; the son was singing along to the song and the dad apparently had a "twinkle in his eye." Rodney stopped the song and brought the kid up on stage to help him finish singing it...at his own pace. Afterward he signed the kid's hat and gave him the microphone stand to keep.
