I love garlic, my house mates use to complain when I use to cook with it. I have it dried and bottled, I use to fresh but it's so messy and the smell stuck with for so long.

This is sad--what they're eating and how they're deluding themselves into thinking it's delicious and healthy. Who would ever stuff raw carrots and garlic into an avocado? What can you taste besides the pungent sulfur? Does it even taste like avocado anymore? Please, please learn to cook real food and don't be lazy and just call yourself enlightened and healthy.

I do something almost just like this, accept i add onion into it to, I process the avacado into it to and stuff it into a bell pepper

I add garlic until my mouth burns. That's how much garlic I like. As long as the kisser is eating the garlic with me, garlic kisses are just as enjoyable. I don't like men that don't like garlic. Woosies!

this looks really good! I think I'd try it with some sort of mint, basil, or parsley, or something herb oil drizzled over top. or maybe a red pepper olive oil sauce.. depending on the ripeness of the avacado

I love cooking with garlic, but moderately. My problem with garlic is that taste that comes up for the next few hours - it's not so much fun!

We put garlic in everything! I even juice it in the morning. Can't have too much of a natural antibiotic, and the taste is amazing!

i LOVE garlic. i know some people who just eat whole raw cloves like it's nothing, unfortunately, i can't say that im THAT hardcore about it.
