  • Is this some sort of re-record? This version sounds different than my on For All Tid CD. This has much better quality.

  • best band ever...

  • ufffffffffffffffffff que belleza esta cacion LO LLEVA A UNO A OTRO HP MUNDO DUMMU BORGIR MIS DIOSESSSSSSSSS

  • the best DB instrumental <3 love it! \m/

  • I want to go to the top of Mount Glittertind and play this.

  • I don't think Black Metal is all about the screaming. That sounds more like Screamo, just heavier. I liked Black Metal simply because it's like metal. It's heavy, it can be fast paced, and involves touches of symphony, especially the growls.

  • Jammed this on my gat hard when i was 20)))))

  • Best song on this album, great melodies, true black metal, i miss original dimmu, shagrath, brynjard, tjodalv, silenoz, and last but definately not least, stian aarstad. Hail dimmu! \\m//

  • Old Dimmu... simply fantastic, great album

  • uow dimmu borgir was a garbage, simple, noisy, and annoying

  • @VincentFinn Lol, what?

  • Glittertind... this is the name of the second highest mountain in Norway

  • wtf.... who select -1 to this vid?

  • Disse gamle Dimmu Borgir sangene er helt sinnsykt råe

  • Dimmu borgir at its -l-est

  • 1 faggot

  • old dimmu.... very very beautiful :3

  • This brings back memories.

  • 0 dislikes is good but now I can't use my " so many people didn't see the Glitter Peaks" line. yeah it's Icelandic for Glitter Peaks

  • @doomofmalantai No, it's not. It's Norwegian.

  • ive never heard this album before or this song i like it alot this and stormblast are the best dummu borgir albums ever the new stuff is heavy and whatever but this stuff is classic goodness i love it

  • I am so happy that this video has 0 dislikes :)

  • @laserFAN13 I think one asshole disliked it just to spite you, haha

  • This album really means something to me. I was listening to it for the first time long ago while I was digging through my older brother's stuff. Back then (when I was 8 or 9 years old) I was scared by the picture inside the digipack, but I was listening to it because I liked music :D

  • oh mann, wie hab ich das damals gehört, bis zum abwinken...

schade wie sich dimmu ab der "enthrone..." entwickelt haben!

  • Incredible. Masterful. Unmatched.

  • So typical of people to say that For All Tid and Stormblåst were better than new Dimmu stuff. Those were black metal classics and they definitely sound more Norwegian, but compared to later releases especially Enthrone Darkness Triumphant they don't even sound extreme. Respect the old and new stuff people.

  • glittertind, is a mountain isnt it?

  • @lvsitiwdr yep, the 2nd biggest mountain of Norway!

  • Love Dimmu Borgir, old dimmu borgir, SO fortuned to see em live before they made remake of Stormblåst, going to see em now in Okt, still supporting them!

  • @RottenSinceBirth you obviously don't know what you're talking about...

  • @csehszlovakze W h a t

  • Beautiful...

  • very calming, great stuff

    you don't get frustrated with

    the overly melodic aspects

of it like most of Emperor's stuff.

  • great song

  • Pity that this and Stormblast were the only two albums with this much epicness.

  • sehr gut,sehr sehr gut

  • very nice to listen to, a lot more melodic than many BM bands from that era.

  • 1:17-1:56 this part is so damned epic. such an awesome riff. one of the best songs od dimmu

  • I agree they should have kept the awesome way of writing Norwegian lyrics. A perfect arrange mixed with a wonderful language!

  • i tried translating the song title and i got "where"

  • u feel blessed and satan blesses.... hahaha Do not make me laugh... Curse u all.

    Satan curses u all!!!!!!

  • The best song of the album so dark so epic so black metal prepares u for charge

i got the cd by luck a friend forgot it to my house and i feel blessed to have it in my collection and in my ears....i never gave it back and i never will:D

    satan bless u all

  • @NArkWTikA u feel blessed and satan blesses.... hahaha Do not make me laugh... Curse u all.

    Satan curses u all!!!!!!

  • this is fantastic! much better than newer Borgir

  • wow they flow together so perfectly...

  • this is currently my favourite from that album ;)

  • dimmu borgir is amazing, i only wish they had stayed norweigen. they were so much better! the album for all tid is so amazing! this is what metal really is, idc what you guys say, you don't need that growling lyric thing for metal. this is true and pure!

  • @IXIDrizzt1129IXI You don't need it but that's also what metal really is. No need to be elitist.

  • @TheEddyMetal No. Let's see - Sabbath was the first metal band, do they growl? No.

    /Conversation

  • @Veruon96 So you're saying if you don't play exactly like Sabbath you aren't metal? Get the fuck outta here.

  • @TheEddyMetal No... I'm refuting your point that you aren't metal unless you growl... Wow you are the biggest hypocrite I have ever seen.

  • @Veruon96 Well since I never made such a claim your going to have trouble with that. Also, look up the definition of hypocrisy because you obviously don't know what a hypocrite is.

  • @IXIDrizzt1129IXI What do you mean "stayed Norwegian"? They still are Norwegian. Norway pretty much invented Black Metal and so they can do what they like with it. You know? I've only just really discovered Dimmu Borgir through their latest album, but i'm enjoying this traditional stuff just as much.

  • @Utgangen

what I mean by stayed Norwegian is stayed playing stuff like this, their new album Abrahadabra isn't the same Dimmu as played in this song. It's just that way, their music has changed, and sure that's okay, but seriously their old stuff is way better than their newer stuff in my opinion. If you don't understand what I mean by it now then this here is an easier phrase for you to study, "It is my opinion, and I speak my mind, hold nothing back." Just that simple :).

  • @IXIDrizzt1129IXI Okay, I understand. Just out of curiosity, what do you actually think of their new stuff? Do you enjoy it at all or do you just stick to their old stuff? I'm curious because when i listen to a band or buy a CD, i'll listen to all of their music from their first album to their most recent cause i enjoy hearing the evolution in the sound, like Cradle of Filth for example, i got into them through their most recent album (at the time) and ended up getting all of their albums.

  • @Utgangen

to be honeset, I enjoy all of their music, but I prefer their older stuff. I saw them live... ugh what was it... 2 weeks ago? Not good at dates, but anyway they were really good. I can loved their albums Stormblast, For all Tid, and Puritanical Euphoric Misanthropia the most. Though P.E.M. was kind of a breakthrough point for them from their old stuff to new, it still enlightens me. I've heard every Dimmu song, and that's just my opinion. I like the traditional stuff more :)

  • @IXIDrizzt1129IXI Yeah that's fair enough, i guess it all depends on when you discover them for yourselves, coz i discovered them on Abrahadabra and i've just bought P.E.M and it's fantastic. I guess the next album i buy will be For All Tid.

  • @IXIDrizzt1129IXI ....they did stay norwegian

  • @Tyler909129

... didn't I spend like 2 posts explaining that it's my opinion...? To me them being Norwegian is For all Tid, Stormblast, and such like that....

  • this song is so beautiful that it should be the anthem of our galaxy ! 5*****

  • @PriestJesus666 Put it on the next Voyager mission :D

  • @JirkaGasik LOL

  • kjærlighet

  • my first black metal song heard!
