How to install satelite radio Pontiac G5/Pursuit/Cobalt p4

I have an '08 Cobalt with that little black brick thing with the OnStar antenna sticking out of it. Does it also serve as a Satellite Radio antenna?

can you make a video on how to install things into the fuse box. i have light pods LED lights that light up the engine bay and lower dash board etc. but i9 have no idea were i attach the red wire and the ground wire. i found my fuse boxes two of them on in engine bay and other by passanger feet. im sure you have had to insall things into ur fuse box. do i just buy a special clip to put the red wire on and stick it into a spare? or is there a designaed spot for extra elecronics?
