it is it burns underwater its, called paper fuse i don't know why but it has black powder down the middle just like all of them

@Lighttheskyup I got 20 ft of 3mm Chinese shotgun visco for $2.20 and 6.50 s&h from cannon fuse.com. I think shipping varies depending on where u live tho.
