I've just found out about LSAs and cant wait to get my hands on one! How does it handle during the landing flare? Looks like it needs constant adjustments to keep steady too, its it a hands on all the time airplane? I've only flown Piper Tomahawks and Archers so far.
Did Pan Am get cleared to land as you were still on 7R?

thnx... ctsw is a great plane, but not the most docile sport plane out there; more like a sports car. It'll make an honest pilot of anyone who learns to fly in it.
Awesome video. I love that you included the tower communications. I have been thinking of starting my pilot training and this video really gives a good overview of the process. Personally I think it would be even better, and easier to understand without the elevator music ;)
thanx! Go for it! I'm so glad I did. 'Just wished I'd started many years ago. There are more videos at video.google.com. Music is an attempt to keep them from being too boring. Less volume may be the answer.

Any reason you chose Gila Bend to land at? I go out there quite often.

WOW very nice video, I'm planning to also start my pilot traning and someone told me the best way to do it it's with a sports plane like the CTSW.

Great video! Except for the music, which drowns out the natural sound and makes ATC hard to hear at some points.
