yeah you may want to try each excercise 3 times with 15 reps. you;ll notice results faster. after a month, you will really notice a huge difference. just keep doing it.
Your supposed to move SLOWLY when lifting, this will cause joint pain and can leave you injured, and in the long run, you can cause allot of problems, I suggest ignoring this video!

thanks you jeremymtw i did this workout with some other ones on youtube and in one day gain about a 1/4 of an inch in only half an hour i'm getting more commited to this workout and strecthing past 4 mins. thanks for putting this up
Only a total moron would do shoulders then tris, then pushups. If you want to hit tris on pushups you have to have your hands in close, shes doing normal pushups, 80% chest. This video sucks ass.
