  • yeah you may want to try each excercise 3 times with 15 reps. you;ll notice results faster. after a month, you will really notice a huge difference. just keep doing it.

  • thanks you jeremymtw i did this workout with some other ones on youtube and in one day gain about a 1/4 of an inch in only half an hour i'm getting more commited to this workout and strecthing past 4 mins. thanks for putting this up

  • Only a total moron would do shoulders then tris, then pushups. If you want to hit tris on pushups you have to have your hands in close, shes doing normal pushups, 80% chest. This video sucks ass.
