  • When I press & hold "1" I hear a recording that says AT&T, then it asks me to put in my password and/or plug in my mailbox number. I've wasted about 3 calls (and corresponding minutes) trying to set up my VM, all with the same result. I'm not happy. I'll call "support" during business hours tomorrow.
