Man, thats awesome. I really like that scope but I wasnt super excited about the reticle. So I threw a standard crosshair Leupold 2-7 on my ar with a larue mount. I'm just more used to it, but it doesnt do me any favors in low light. Love the tactical zip ties, ive been using either a keychain split ring or para chord to make quick and dirty sling mounts. It works and is low weight. keep it up man and good shooting.

@bonesoncampus Leupold makes great scopes but IME, an illuminated reticle helps you to shoot much faster.

Nice. I'm a fan of the Glock/TLR combo too.  I had the same issue you did with the extended slide release - filed mine down instead of replacing it though.

@MyNameIsMrSwifty Thanks! Yes, I ran the TR24G for largely all of 2010 so if you check out those vids, you'll see me using it. My only caveat is that you should use 2 zeroes when the long distance targets are 300yds+.
